Staff arrogant ,unprofessionel hardly speak english,hotel old style rooms dirty ,phone not working food is average.

No air conditioning in the room made for a very uncomfortable stay. Unable to sleep at night.

not sure about the neighborhood, maybe it is fine. parking was a secure garage underneath which was good (safe) and bad (not free). hotel check in person was really helpful and nice.

Traveling to the city centre was good

Nice room only issue with the toilet wc tap was closed i had to understand why water was not coming and even when i open the tap in wc water was coming very very slowly and it was taking a lot of time to replenish

Staff ignoring social distancing especially the lady who prepares the breakfast was very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional !!! Be careful before squeezing the oranges 🍊 Some are rotten!

My stay in ibis style was cosy and comfortable. There is some work i' progress at the moment but I wasn't disturbed by any noise or i'conveniance.

Staff were very polite, helpful and kind.Great cleaner and also a very lovely lady, helpful and polite along with the receptionist who had lived in Leeds .

The location was calm and beautiful. Parking available in night! Location better then Paris!

Clean comfortable room, nice continental breakfast in morning. Little pricey. In my search I put free parking and this came up but it was noted to cost €9 a night to self park underground.

The best point of this hotel is its proximity to the train station, 100 m. The staff are friendly and it's an excellent breakfast. We couldn't have dinner as the restaurant was closed for refurbishment. The rooms are basic but comfortable and relatively large. No tea/coffee making facilities, but there is a hair dryer. Bed is fine but only one pillow per person. There is air con, but it was so weak the room always felt hot. It is directly opposite the new cathedral, but the cathedrals bells didn't start until 9am on the Sunday, so no impact on sleep.

The room was spacious and clean but basic. The bathroom was modern but was a little small to move around, but it did have a separate toilet which was great. The carpark is very tight but secure and easy to access via the stairs in reception. To have this included in the price of the room was fantastic as this is not often offered. The breakfast at the hotel was nice and always fresh. It is a self-serve buffet with food continuously topped up by staff. The orange juice machine was our favourite, as you could add oranges to freshly squeeze your juice, which was a nice way to start the day. There is a large shopping centre in close walking distance to the hotel. A large bus terminal and train station is next door (but you cannot hear it) which gives you options to leave town and get about. The local area holds this place back with no decent restaurant close by that was safe to walk to at night. You can only drive to the restaurants and there were not many decent ones surrounding the hotel. The hotel has a bar but it was never available for food when we stayed. Perhaps because the World Cup was on? If there was an option to dine at the hotel, this hotel would really tick all the boxes for the price. In all, this hotel was definitely value for money with spacious rooms for what is normally provided in France. I would stay here again but would suggest that the hotel provides information to guests where to eat in the area.
