ibis Styles Paris Charles-de-Gaulle Airport

This property is 200 feet from the CDG tram line. Excellent acess for my 7:10 international departure. We were in the terminal checking bags 20 minutes after walking out of the hotel. Room was quiet, even though it is literally between CDG's 4 runways. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was helpfull. There is a great supermarket in the tram station to get something for each of my picky eater kids.

There was a heatwave in Paris and we came to the airport for our final night in hopes of getting some air conditioning. None of the on-site hotels had positive reviews of their a/c, so I am writing here primarily as a shout-out for the perfectly adequate a/c at this hotel. When we arrived in our room, the drapes were closed, the thermostat was set to 15 degrees, and the cooling fan was on. It was a very comfortable temp, at least 5 degrees cooler than our room in the city, and remained so all night. We had a great sleep. Thanks, Ibis!

La réception est tenue par des employés manifestement peu ou mal formés à l'accueil du public. On retrouve le même manque de professionnalisme au niveau du service du restaurant. Le rapport qualité/prix (180€ la nuitée dont 30€ de frais suite à une modification de date malgré une option "remboursable et modifiable"...) est franchement mauvais. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement dont la qualité de service s'est dégradée par rapport à mes séjours antérieurs.

The room was small and plain. There were no washcloths and only two towels. It was fine for an overnight layover.

It was dark and dingy and smelly. The restaurant had poor quality food in the evening. The sheets hadn’t been changed from the last guest. The breakfast was pretty good though.

Close to the airport, clean, restaurant and bar at the property, shuttle to airport, nice people working there.

This hotel was super convenient to stay at overnight prior to our departure from Charles De Gaulle. A very easy walk from Terminal 3. Our room was functional, they had a fair sized seating area on the main floor, a place to have dinner and breakfast. Most surprising was how quiet our room was given we were at an airport.

My nerdy heart loved the Star Wars decorations and it was very conveniently located for the airport. The a/c wasn’t great, but most of Europe doesn’t have a/c so some is better than none. The bathroom shower ended up showering the floor almost as much as the person in the shower but again, first world problems. I would have preferred more clear directions for the airport train - the staff said “it’s just over there” when there are a few options “over there” that could be potentially disastrous for foreigners traveling.

Hotel shows a little wear and is on the small side. It is fine though for a quick night of sleep before jumping on a plane to leave the continent.

For an overnight stay to catch a flight home to the US in the morning, this hotel was a perfect choice. I loved the Star Wars themed style. C heck in and out was easy, breakfast was great and we found a wonderful restaurant nearby for dinner.

First of all. On the website is says that the hotel Sharter included to drive you from the airport to hotel but the reality and the truth is not included is a scam à trap to get you stay and book your stay with them. There is CDGVAL and that belong to the airport, stops somewhere close by the hotel and not close because you need to walk to the hotel and leaving the hotel you have to walk back to the CDGVAL. And if you have Lauggages you will not be able to take it. A lot of hotels around they never say on there description that they have Sharter included except ibis. That is a bad marketing. I could have gone to a better hotel if I knew the hotel lie about the hotel Sharter. I had to take a cabe and a cabe from the airport to hotels close to the airport. Taxi dose not like to do it. Very bad taxi drivers in Paris and criminals the only reason why I chose that hotel because the hotel Sharter is included. I had waited for an hour to get a taxi and then the taxi turned around to get a good money for an hour, leaving me out with all my luggage is in the middle of the road far from the entrance of the hotel. While the people work at the receptionist of the hotel are nice and trying their best to be helpful. The marketing is a lot of lies. The pictures of the room that I booked was different then what they give me, however, after complaining they get me the room same as the one I booked. I will Ask people to be careful booking this hotel a lot lies and wrong information and market

Friendly staff and a great location to rest up going in and out of CDG instead of fighting traffic. Furniture and bedding are charmingly outdated but functional.

Just a very nice clean restful airport hotel. Staff were friendlly and warm thearted. Food was ok, nothing special.

It was ok. Location at CDG is great but it doesn’t have the little extras travellers need when arriving after a long flight (snacks, etc)

A difficult experience. Hard to find, first all. It's in the shadow of a finer Ibis Hotel. Uncomfortable bed (horse hair?); not all lights worked; cheap combo body gel/shampoo/conditioner in one bottle; cheap thin towels; had to make reservation for dinner; breakfast poorly laid out; only amenity I could see was a billiard table in the center of the lobby, really?? I would not stay there again.
