ibis Styles Paris Charles-de-Gaulle Airport

Nice buffet, great location for transferring between terminals.

Didn't like that there was confusion about which Ibis hotel it was when we Ubered to hotel. Not sure who's fault that was but ended up walking short distance to the correct hotel. Once we got there, found sweet treat in room which was a nice surprise. There are many hotels right next door so was able to get a meal by walking to the other Ibis, which was surprisingly, quite good! The hotel looked fine overall, and I liked the Star Wars/Trek theme, but apparently the lock faces on all the room doors were being replaced or something because they were missing although the lock worked, it didn't look very nice or secure. The other thing was that our bathroom smelled a bit like urine, but looked otherwise clean. The slight odor however is unpleasant! And the ridiculously small pillows are not comfortable at all. Otherwise, the room looked pleasant and clean. The breakfast was fantastic! They had a cool egg cooker so you could have a freshly boiled egg! Unfortunately, I didn't really understand how to use it and ended up taking someone else's egg which wasn't cooked enough so ended up cracking a raw egg. Put my own eggs in the second time around and got hot, freshly boiled eggs! There is a generous spread of cold cuts, cheese, loads of breads, pastries, delicious sausages, etc. That and the convenient free airport provided shuttle right outside the door made this a great place to stay and I would return if I fly out of CDG again. Plus video games in the lounge!!!

Perfect location for pre-flight night at CDG- just steps from Terminal 3 & the CDGVAL. Reasonable priced room which was compact but had everything needed - comfy bed. Really excellent buffet breakfast with many choices...good breads/pastries/meats/cheeses/yogurts/eggs...all quality products and nicely presented...and available @. 5:30 AM! A very good experience...thumbs up...would make it our go-to.

This is a convenient hotel to use when visiting Paris as it is close to the train and the airport.

The IBIS is very convenient to the CDG airport. The rooms are small but clean. The best feature is the breakfast included with your stay. Conveniently for travellers, breakfast service starts at 05:30. The breakfast is very good. The only real downside of the Ibis hotel is the limited channels on the TV. You’re staying next to the airport to catch an early flight. There’s nowhere to go in the area. So you’re stuck in your room. The hotel could make the wait more confortable by adding support for streaming services on the TV.

Location was great for an overnight layover, beds were comfy, good shower but room was very cold and heat didn't work. Maintenance brought us a portable heater but took awhile to warm up the room.

Great place to stay when you have a long layover in Paris. Staff was very helpful with answering questions about how to get to and from the city as well as back to the airport. would stay here again.

Everything was good exept the barhroom sink was kind of not usable with no way to evacuate water with a totaly blocked bassin plug

J’ai choisi cet hôtel pour sa proximité avec l’aéroport CDG, ce qui est très pratique en cas de vol tôt le matin ou de transfert. En revanche, l’expérience sur place laisse vraiment à désirer. À l’arrivée, aucun renseignement spontané : il faut poser toutes les questions soi-même (utilisation de l’ascenseur, restauration, etc.). Dans la chambre, pas de carte du menu ni de quoi appeler directement le restaurant. J’ai dû appeler l’hôtel, personne n’a répondu, on m’a demandé d’envoyer un mail au téléphone. Je suis descendue pour réserver le dîner, et là encore, flou total à l’accueil. Après un moment d’attente et d’hésitation, un employé a fini par me prendre en charge. Au restaurant : service peu professionnel, personnel peu aimable, pas de conseil ni d’attention. Quand j’ai demandé les pizzas disponibles, la serveuse m’a sèchement répondu “euh ce sont des pizzas surgelées ein” sans autre précision. L’image rendue pour l’hôtel est pas top pour le coup…. La viande que j’ai commandée était hyper caoutchouteuse. Seule la crème brûlée était bonne. Un couple à côté de moi a attendu plus de 15 minutes sans qu’on leur prenne leur commande, alors que la salle était loin d’être pleine. Ils étaient à 2 doigts de partir, 3/4 personnes qui passaient à côté sans même prendre la peine de s’occuper d’eux. La chambre était propre, mais à 150€ la nuit, je trouve regrettable qu’il n’y ait même pas de bouilloire, ni de savon de bienvenue, ni de sacs dans les poubelles de la salle de bain. L’év

Room 426 had badly, brown-stained carpet, with a stool covering part. Not good. Reported as I checked out, not sure he cared. Will not stay here again.

Staff were excellent. Room was a good size, and modern. Room was well put together
