RAVIE DE MON SEJOUR !!!
Points positifs :
- Hôtel un peu excentré de la ville et entouré par la forêt, très appréciable
- Chambre très bien. Taille raisonnable, lumière sympa.
- Petit déjeuner servi à table après avoir indiqué la veille ce qu'on veut (pas de buffet du fait du Covid, très bonne adaptation de l'établissement).
- Très bon restaurant, pour tous les budgets. Le menu à 19€ a largement satisfait nos papilles, tant sur la qualité que sur la quantité.
- Personnel serviable, gentil et disponible. Un grand merci à Amandine qui est d'une efficacité remarquable !
- Piscine splendide, spacieuse, chauffée à 29°. Un régal !
- SPA propre, bien entretenu, limité à 8 personnes par créneau de 2h (sauna, hammam, zone de repos, tisanerie et jacuzzi extérieur). Parfait !
- Soins AU TOP ! J'ai goûté au massage californien et je remercie à nouveau Marianne qui m'a réconciliée avec les massages en institut. Sa douceur, son expérience, son professionnalisme et surtout son écoute du corps sont des qualités que l'on ne retrouve pas toujours. Parole de kiné, allez vous faire masser !
Points "moins bien" :
- Fenêtres ouvertes, le bruit du passage des quelques voitures peut être problématique MAIS fermées, on n'entend rien.
- Quelques odeurs dans salle de bains MAIS résolu par l'équipe immédiatement.
En résumé, un lieu que je recommande pour sa localisation, ses prestations, son personnel et ses repas. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour l'accueil chaleureux. Vous ne serez pas déçus !

I just spent 1 night as business stop. Got a family room which was huge and very clean. Separate toilet is a plus for families. Quiet and close to Vittel for tourism. Friendly service

The room was so small that I could barely move inside.
The breakfast was average, mainly sweet things to eat.
The hotel charges €25 for the sauna and jacuzzi, even for a 6yo child! No towels at the swimming pool. This also costs extra.

Parking Garage costs Euros 14.90 per 24 Hours, No Lift from Hotel to Parking (only Stairs), Toilet Seat Falls Down Constantly, Shower Glass Door too Short and Makes Everywhere Fully Wet, Lack of Amenities (such as NO Slippers + Toothbrushes), Daytime Renovation Noise, Rooms can Easily Hear Hallway Noises from other Guests.

We regret booking this hotel. From the photo, it looked fabulous, but we had some serious issues with the room which was directly underneath the hotels rubbish bins so when we opened the window in the evening ( as there was no airconditioning and the temperatures were boiling in the room ), a disgusting strong smell from the bins came into the room. We complained to the staff in reception and he shrugged his shoulder and said there is nothing he could do. Also, the food in the restaurant was awful. I ordered the sausage which turned out to be full of animal intestines and the smell was terrible. It was the first time that I had ordered a meal and not eaten any of it. I then ordered the beef skewers, which turned up so tough and chewy that I left them too. Not a nice hotel at all and a great disappointment. Finally, they overcharged us and I am now challenging the hotel for additional sums that have appeared on my credit card statement !!

Hotel looks nice and clean.
Only minus was that our air-con in the room did not work and all the staff could do was place a fan in our room.
They first tried to deny the aircon was broken and then came with an insufficient solution.
Good food in in hotel restaurant at decent prices.

Fijn zwembad op hete dag. Schone kamers. Vooraf besteld ontbijt wordt aan tafel uitgeserveerd ivm Covid: nette en efficiënte oplossing.
Bedlinnen oud: zat scheur in. Bestelde 2p bed met enkel bed werden 3 losse bedden (had Expedia niet meer mogen aanbieden volgens hotel, maar maakte het niet minder onhandig voor ons). Diner in hotel (menu 19 euro) was niet lekker en drankjes waren relatief duur.

Hotel is niet per se vies, maar wel heel muf en verouderd. Datzelfde zie je ook aan de matrassen. Daar voel je de veren namelijk doorheen steken. Behoorlijke tegenvaller, want goedkoop was het niet. Zelfs voor 1 nacht geen aanrader!

Détente assurée dans cet hôtel.
De plus, la restauration est très bonne et les tarifs raisonnables.
Malgré la route très fréquentée devant l'hôtel, nous qui étions sur l'arrière, n'avons pas été gênés par le bruit.
Je recommande cet hôtel et ses services de remise en forme.

Schöne Zimmer, recht gemütlich. Sehr gutes Restaurant und sehr freundliches Personal. Wir haben hier nur einen Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg in den Süden eingelegt. Aber wahrscheinlich kann man es hier auch länger aushalten.

Bei den heissen Temperaturen, welche an jenem Wochenende herrschten, war es einfach super, in ein schön kühles Zimmer zu gelangen!

Der Weg zum Hallenbad führt am Speisesaal vorbei.
