Our check in went extremely well! We arrived a bit early for our check in and the front desk accommodated us and we were able to get a room. Great friendly service and helpfulness! Merci!

I got up a 05.30 breakfast at 6 but nobody arrived for breakfast so got on the bus at 06.30. No breakfast. Would be happy for a refund on breakfast. Room ect all good no complaints. Just one of those days .

I have tried to utilise the shuttle from hotel to CDG. The driver was very rude. We were so crowded in the car with lots of luggages. Although we ordered not a sharing car but he accepted the another offer to CDG but different terminal from the same hotel. The worst case was he dropped us at the wrong terminal. It was a bad experience.
