A villa-type hotel, with full kitchen facilities: stove, oven, dish washer etc. car parked in own garage in front of the room. Lidl nearby. Nice environment. An excellent hotel to stay!

A great place to stay, exceptionally clean and the rooms are very well furnished with everything you need. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was really good and the pool is big enough to have a proper swim. There is not a great deal in the local area, but Toulouse is only a short drive away. Only stayed here for one night but wished we had stayed longer. Would stay again if visiting this area

Lovely rooms, well kept and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Only issue was that the air conditioning was very loud so had to be turned off in the evening

Résidence de Diane was a charming and cozy place to stay. The gardens were beautiful and gave us tropical vibes. Raphael at the front desk was super friendly and apologetic about not being able to put our large family in adjacent suites as requested. One of our rooms had to be switched and they could only give us the largest suite which turned out to be an upgrade, so we liked it. It had two bedrooms, a spacious living room, full kitchen, bathroom, laundry room (washer/dryer), 3 TVs, sunny deck with a table, chairs, and sunbrella, plus drying racks, perfect for our needs. The second suite was smaller but very cozy, townhouse-style with a mezzanine and its own little patio. We loved the AC as it was very hot, the natural light, nice breakfast buffet, friendly housekeeping, cool gym, and pool area with loungers. It’s close to a bus stop and walking distance to Lidl and nice dining options. A few things could be improved: the large suite was echoey and a bit bare (a rug would help!), the kitchen lacked basics like dish soap, sponge, paper towels, and cooking tools like spatulas or cooking spoons. Only one dishwasher pod and one dishcloth were provided. In-room coffee pods weren’t great and kinda hard to use. No pool towels, and the pool isn’t super kid-friendly, there’s no shallow end, and the deck could use some TLC. A playground on the premises would’ve been a great addition for families. Still, we enjoyed our stay and would happily return again!

The layout of the property and proximity to nearby restaurants was nice. The personnel working there seemed polite enough, but didn't want to work any harder than absolutely necessary which was unfortunate. We don't see ourselves going back.

The pool was under renovation and no communication was made on the Expedia site about it. During reservation, I paid extra to have the "Reserve and pay at property" to be able to pay with a debit and not a credit card. Imagine my surprise when during the check out, the receptionist told me that the amount was already taken from my credit card without any request.

It’s very basic and nothing at all in the area other than a Lidl a few minutes walk away however the staff were really helpful. There was unfortunately a lot of ants in our room/kitchen area. The pool was quite cold however very quiet.
