Where do I begin??? This is NOT a hotel. It should be rated as an upper-end HOSTEL. Pay for the Television power cord to use the TV??? Really??? The staff is very friendly and the town of Hauteluce is nice, though more than 10 minutes from Les Saisies. Cheap & tired beds, no oven, NO comfortable chairs, very poor internet and expensive. The covered parking is nice, but also costs. We did NOT pay hostel prices, but received hostel lodging. If you're looking for a Hotel, this is not for you.

My friends laugh at me, how did you find this place....? Its a gorgeous very small authentic french village. Only a couple of shops on one main raod. You will need a car to get around. Les Contamines ski resort is a sort drive to a gondola away & La Saisies is 5 mins up the road by car. You will need you french phrase book as English is not spoken or not offered........

Bonne résidence pour quelques jours à la montagne. Vue magnifique sur le mont blanc depuis la résidence. Piscine trop petite par rapport au nombre de logements, très vite saturée.

Fantastisk område, helt greit rom og fasiliteter. Skulle ønske de opplyste om at de kun hadde doble dyner, slik at vi kunne tatt med sengetøy til dette.
Vi kunne også ønsket oss utemøbler på terrassen. Vi spiste alle våre frokoster der ute, og satt der om kvelden og koste oss med vin, gode oster og skinker + snacks. Vi måtte derfor ta med to kjøkkenstoler og stuebordet ut på terrassen. Alt i alt, en veldig fin uke i Hauteluce og Les Saisier området, med gåtur i fjellet, og sykling opp noen fjellpass. Tusen takk for oss!

un peu surprise tout d'abord de frais bancaires pour paiement international suite au prélèvement par Lagrange qui appartient à une société suisse, aucune mention préalable de hotels.com sur la nature de l'émetteur.
Au niveau de la résidence, draps, serviettes de toilette, TV sont des prestations en sus, donc pas d'automatisme par les gestionnaires du site pour déposer les draps et le câble TV dans le logement bien que cela soit inclus dans la prestation achetée via le site hotels.com; pour les serviettes, mon appel tel n'avait pas été pris en compte. Tout a été réglé après échanges avec les personnes présentes au demeurant très agréables et aidantes mais quand même ayant déjà séjourné dans une résidence Lagrange, je ne m'attendais pas à ce type de déconvenue.
Pas de WIFI dans les logements.
Visiblement les logements ont été partiellement rénovés : sols neufs, sdb et cuisine refaites mais dans SDB le paredouche est inadapté à l'emplacement, impossible de nettoyer la zone des robinets,
Par contre, le canapé est visiblement d'une autre époque
Pas de siège pour profiter du balcon, ce qui est vraiment dommage.
Piscine bien agréable après une randonnée, dommage que les créneaux horaires ne soient pas un peu plus larges pour en profiter plus longuement.
