My girlfriend and I very much enjoyed our stay. Everything was in working order and well maintained. For light sleepers, it is noteworthy that noise level was kept at zero. We opted out of breakfast, but from the looks of it, the area was clean and well laid out. We loved proximity to supermarkets and having a small but functional kitchenette in the room with a sink as well as mini fridge. Our stay coincided with early March when temperatures were still somewhat frigid. One small inconvenience was that thermostat had a set upper limit, which did not allow us establish desired ambiance. However, the ever attentive staff offered a portable heater, which made up for that shortcoming. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Very comfortable accommodation. Clean, quiet and private. Loved the little kitchenette that was fully equipped with everything we needed including a dishwasher! The staff was very welcoming and helpful when we needed but gave us space when we didn’t. The location was out of the way enough to be affordable but only a short walk or bus ride to the M1 subway that brings you directly to the big tourist sites. Would definitely recommend!

Great hotel apartment near to Défense. Only suggestion would be they need proper bath towels, other than that it was a fully equipped apartment.

I really enjoyed my stay at the StayCity Apartment hotel. I’ve stayed in the one based in Dublin and I liked my stay there, so I’m happy that I received a similar experience when staying at the Paris location. The rooms were clean and modern. The surrounding area was quiet, especially at night so I was able to get a good nights rest.
The only thing I didn’t like was navigating how to get to the hotel from the metro station. The directions were not straightforward when following google maps. Although it’s a ~ 10 minute walk, it was hard to work out how to get there on the first attempt due to many intersecting high rise apartment blocks in the area. (I was travelling at ~10pm at the time so that could have played a factor!)
Overall though, I have no complaints about the apartment hotel itself and all the staff were lovely and accommodating.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room served our Family perfectly. When restaurants are closed, there are plenty of uber eats options. Even though there is construction is progress next door, we heard nothing. The breakfast is perfect….coffee, cheese, meats and bread were something we looked forward to. Loved the selection of wine and beer in the lobby. Mohammed serviced our room and did a very nice job. The location also served us well, we didn’t want to be in the middle of Paris. The room is clean and provided everything we needed for 5 days. Highly recommend!

Wish I would have known about StayCity sooner.
Feels like home with all the conveniences and special hotel services available. Very economical too. Rates were half to a third of the brand names like Hilton and Radisson. Full breakfast is available for a reasonable fee.

A home away from home. A well equipped apartment that meet our requirements. A supermarket is just 2 min walk away. Metro is a short 10 mins walk to get to the city centre. Highly recommend for the price paid. Will stay again if we return.
