Very good location, near the beach. Paid parking next to the premises makes it easy for those arriving by car. We got a corner unit facing the city and a bit away the sea. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is old, with antiques, very pleasant and the rooms fully updated. I would return.

Really liked and would return. Very helpful host. Breakfast pretty good, best bread I've ever eaten, plus yoghurt, cheese, croissants, a few other breads, hard cooked eggs, hot milk for coffee all appreciated in side or on nice patio. Some additions to consider might be fruit and some muesli instead of just corn flakes. Room comfy with tiny balcony with sea view, much needed aircon we could set temperatures, room to unpack, good lighting, room in shower room to unpack toiletries. Only downside (maybe our room only) very tiny loo. Also would be nice to change towels bit more frequently but did do if asked. Good location about 1/2 km from centre, but good restaurants and beaches right outside the door.

Stayed at Villa Nina for 1 night while we were driving through Cote D'Azur. Pros: The location! It is a very short walk from a beautiful beach. The property manager, Jean-Paul, was highly efficient in his communication and gave us solid orientation to the area; he was really lovely. Parking is right next to the hotel. And since we were staying there during the low season, we did not have to pay. Cons: Seriously small room and even smaller bathroom, even by the European standard. Very few amenities (e.g., no lotion offered). The property is a bit worn out.

Very friendly family run hotel which was very close to the beach and restaurants. Basic in terms of furnishings but a very nice lounge downstairs where breakfast was held (although I didn’t have it). I had a sea view which was lovely. I’ve included a pic of the sea view

The owner and his wife were super-friendly and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was simple but plentiful and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean. The only minor issue is the location - near a busy road and a train line. However, the noise was acceptable in the rooms and I don't think it would be possible to be any closer to the beach. Parking is next to the hotel in a pay and display car park (free from October to July) and we always got a space. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel.

Villa Nina was an oasis in a very busy town near the extremely busy beach. The hosts were charming and the hotel iconic. Charming lounge area full of interesting things and a quiet outside area for breakfast. Villa Nina is not typical of places to stay in Juan les Pins and it is for those who like something different.

Owner friendly. Room ok, but bathroom so small I couldn't turn round, and no, I'm not overweight. Sea view, just, beyond the railway line that is right next to the hotel. Breakfast was a disaster, hot water for tea was luke warm, croissants stale, choice very limited: no cereals, cheeses, fruit.

A one night stop over, booked at the last minute en route to visit a friend. The hotel was well situated and the owner was very pleasant but I wonder if, as this was a last minute booking and only one night, whether I was allocated a 'basic' room. It was a very small room and although it had a balcony it wasn't really usable as the fir trees directly in front of it needed to be cut to give any sort of view and I didn't fancy sharing the space with any biting insects that may have been lodging in its branches. The bed was comfortable and clean, shower clean as was the separate loo. The initial feel was that the room was 'tired', a bit unlovedand and the carpet needed a good vac but it was adequate for my one night stay. Had I been staying longer, I would have asked to see another room but I got a good deal for my needs. Would I stay again? Maybe.

The reception staff is very welcoming and competent (Stephan and Pascal both know very well the French Riviera). The hotel is surprising, cleaned. Its decoration is very sought (from the reception to the lounge even including the staircases bar . Rooms are a little bit narrow according to our taste, but are nevertheless equipped with all the expected and necessary comfort. The balcony offers a sea view, and it is pleasant to relax there.
