This was the best hotel I stayed in on my trip to Georgia. In my old neighborhood, Vake, it is located close to several great restaurants and shops. The room was large and very comfortable. I should have spent most of my trip here. The staff were excellent and breakfast excellent. They even offer free self-laundry service, you just have to buy the detergent. Would stay here again.

Staff at the main desk is not helpful at all if you need to make any changes to your booking. The price for the breakfast doesn’t correlate to the options offered, hotel like this should at least have one professional coffee machine and not an automatic machine like at any gas station.

Most awful hotel in Hilton’s network. I was live here at 14 nights. Badly service and broken furniture condition at restaurant. Cleaning is the same as in a cheap motel. When you’re check-out, you can’t order food to number. At breakfast time food is out of service.

Nice hotel in a nice area. About a 10-15 min car ride from Old Tbilisi. The staff was courteous and rooms were clean. Breakfast was ok but it was pretty much the same choices every morning. One of the biggest complaint I have is with the AC. I set it to 19C but the room never got cooler than 23C during my 5 night stay. I made sure all the windows were closed and locked but nothing. I like to sleep in a cool room so this was disappointing. I woke up constantly from being uncomfortably hot. It also made staying in the room unbearable.
