Very basic budget property, condition of bed wasnt great (wonky and uncomfortable)and bathrooms are shared which isnt mentioned on expedia, although cleanliness is maintained.

This was an excellent choice for Tbilisi and I am So grateful that I could arrive late (my bus was severely delayed) and the host was kind and generous. I loved the vibe with shared facilities kept clean and a sense of community for travellers. The unsealed road outside was a bit of a challenge but it is being fixed and I passed the workers as I left the next day. Grateful for a soft place to land after a long journey.

A great location only minutes away from Europa Square which is a great place to start to Explore Tbilisi old town. The property is spotlessly clean, and the owners which includes their daughter is exceptionally friendly and goes out of her way to assist you during your stay and speaks perfect English. The room is adequate, and the shared bathrooms consist of 2 showers, toilets and hand basins, so no problem with waiting. Breakfast is cooked by the owners, and suits all the guests, again they try and fulfil all customers demands. If i have any criticism at all it is to do with the building layout. The building has a large frontage and there is and open staircase leading down to the lower floor and walkway on the upper landing. This creates quite poor sound deadening and you can hear guests coming and going quite easily, especially if your room is on the front towards the staircase. Also when breakfast is served, again the noise travels easily and can wake you if trying to sleep in. This being said, its just one of those things, and you do not spend much time in the room it will not affect you. I stayed for a week in September 2018. Overall the service, and quality is very good.

Tamara really goes above and beyond to provide a wonderful place for her guests. Central location, extremely clean and wonderful breakfast! I highly recommend this place for your visit to Tsibli.

The staff are friendly and welcoming but inform them of the time you will arrive. The manager lives next door and she is not on reception 24/7. Similar to student accommodation but you can pay extra for en-suite if you prefer. Excellent breakfast. Plenty of hot water. Tea and coffee making facilities day and night. Air con throughout and central heating fir winter with an open fire in the dining room. Free wi-fi and a communal place to sit. Very quiet position. I would recommend this place and I would certainly stay here again. The place looks new because it has been so well looked after and maintained.

Red Fox is nice place to stay in Tbilisi. Very central located, room was clean. Bed could be a bit more comfortable. Tamara, who runs the place, was very nice and attentive, ready to explain everything about Tbilisi and Georgia. Place is very clean, breakfast tasty. Very good value for money and very nice place to stay in Tbilisi.

The reason this place stands out is Tamara, the owner. Tamara goes out of her way to make you welcome and to help in any way she can. Her customer service is outstanding. The guesthouse is in a great location, very close to the old town and to some of Tbilisi's main attractions. The room is simple, but clean - as is the shared bathroom. Guests need to remember to keep noise levels to a minimum so as not to disturb other guests.

The location is perfect, in a quiet corner of Old Tbilisi, at walking distance of everything in the city. The place is new, and really looks like it opened a week ago, so clean and well kept. You can choose between continental and english breakfast. The english breakfast is so abundant that you can easily skip lunch. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, spoke perfect English, and provided great tips regarding tours and places to visit, and also arranged my taxi to the airport. It was a perfect stay.

Stayed for 2 nights. The hostel is located in the old city. All places of interest may be reached on foot. Tamara (the hostess) was very helpful and friendly. English breakfast in the room with a fireplace was great. We'll stay here again when come to Tbilisi in future.

My stay at the Red Fox was really good. The hotel is comfortable and I didn't even feel that I was sharing my bathroom with someone else as it was always super clean. Tamara is really nice. And the hotel is a 2min walk from the center of Tbilisi, I never felt the need to get a taxi. You can also ask for airport pickup which can be pretty convenient.

Budget-friendly accommodation with comfortable clean rooms. Tamara, the owner, speaks fluent English. She's accommodating and very helpful in giving recommendations. The guest house is just walking distance to top tourist attractions, restaurants, travel agencies, and shops. They serve delicious breakfast as well. We will definitely stay here again once we get back on winter.

We selected the least expensive 30Euro option which turned out to be the size of a train car compartment. The tiny windows opened onto the hotel staircase so the option was either a stuffy room or a loud room where we heard everything echo through the hallway. I was very hot and one air conditioning unit at the far end of the hall was on only a few hours a day and turned off at night even though it was still hot. It presents itself as a guesthouse but really is a low-end hostel lacking the usual amenities of a hostel.

It is a guest house so do not expect a 24 hour desk, bur Tamara - the owner is nice and helpful. The building is new, in good condition. The area on the border of tourist old Tbilisi, but it was convenient. Good 2 restaurants nearby, at the bottom of the street.

The guesthouse is in a central location (very near the baths) but is on a quiet side street. It is also near two good restaurants which were recommended to us by the excellent host, Tamara. From the moment we booked our stay, Tamara was incredibly friendly and helpful - arranging an airport pick up, advising us about what to see and do in Tbilisi, and providing us with an excellent cooked breakfast. She also speaks fantastic English. Thank you, Tamara!
