Really first class all around.
Being a Best Western I really did not expect too much. The B-W hotels I have stayed at in the USA have typically been somewhere between poor and mediocre but this hotel was first class in every category.

A very comfortable hotel with good leisure facilities, very well located in the quiet Spa Town of Bad Lippspringe. Most staff were very friendly and helpful which helped make our stay so enjoyable. Worthwhile knowing that you have to ask for a kettle to make a hot drink as this isn't automatically put in the room, we had to read through the Hotel guide to find this information as as we didn't arrive till evening we didn't find this information until the next day.

We were there to attend a concert for Healing and Meditation, about 50 Km from the hotel. Eventhough there were motels much closer to the venue, we stayed at the Park Hotel all the 4 nights. The staff was very warm, the breakfast choices were unlike any we have seen before, the service was prompt and the approach to the hotel was very good.

Ich hatte ein sehr schönes und ruhiges Zimmer und das Frühstücksbüffet war hervorragend. Für das Abendessen waren nicht immer ausreichend Plätze vorhanden, daher sollte man frühzeitig reservieren.

Das Hotel ist okay, aber für den Preis zu teuer.
Das Personal beim Frühstück ist super nett und zuvorkommend. Leider ist dafür das Personal an der Rezeption nicht immer so freundlich und lösungsorientiert. Die Decke in Zimmer ist viel zu dünn für den Winter. Die Lüftung war so laut das das Einschlafen schwierig wurde.
In dem Wellnessbereich gib es nie Handtücher und der Bademantel wird auch nicht gewechselt, beim Aufenthalt von 3 Nächten.

Das Personal war nett und freundlich, nur leider viel zu wenig Personal beim Frühstück, so dass viele Dinge erst nach langer Wartezeit aufgefüllt wurden. Das Geschirr war leider nicht sauber. Im Wellnessbereich war es leider nur möglich was zu essen, wenn man es telefonisch bestellt und dann saß man leider in einer leblosen Ecke, wo die Theke nicht mehr besetzt wird, wahrscheinlich wegen Personalmangel. Sehr schade, denn ich denke das einige die Möglichkeit dort zu essen wahrnehmen würden, wenn das Ambiente stimmt.
In den Ruheräumen gab es leider viel zu wenig decken, so dass man nach der Sauna ohne Decke auf der Liege lag.
Wir werden nicht wiederkommen.

Die Bautätigkeit im Spa Bereich sowie wie die Nutzung als Durchgang für Handwerkerkolonnen. Hierüber hätte im Vorfeld informiert werden müssen. Häufig nutzte dieser Personenkreis auch den Weg vorbei an den textilfreien Saunen. Eine Frechheit.
