Lovely hotel. Perfect location for picking up cruise ships as only 10 minutes stroll to dock. Lovely staff. Seline who memorized every guests name!

Lovely place to stay, very clean and friendly staff. We stayed there 5 years ago when it just opened and it was still spotless. Council introduced parking fees, ie, no guaranteed parking but easy excess to under cover parking close by for Euro 9 overnight (need to ask at concierge desk).

Hotel is nice and breakfast is satisfactory. Hotel has no Air conditioning, but lucky for me, it spring time when I checked in. I will skip this hotel during summer months. Also, avoid room 202- I think it's the only room with a window that opens widely. The rest of the hotel rooms has upper window part that tilts about 5 inches outward allowing air to get in- not intruder.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly! The rooms were clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The breakfast was really good - lots of choice and delicious - the coffee was especially good and available whenever you wanted it! Overall, a good hotel which was excellent value for money!

Other hotels would do well to copy this one, its very hard to fault. The location is a couple minutes walk from the old town, the beds are very comfortable, breakfast good, staff very accommodating and friendly, has its own park places but there are also many free places in the next streets, chocolates by your bed, slippers, complimentary mineral water (two large bottles), free coffee/tea from a good machine, blackout curtains, quiet area, slept very well, very clean and new, Only downsides I can think of is there's no views to the water or the old town, but that is only a couple of minutes walk.
