The elegance of the building, the beautifully appointed rooms, the exceptional cleanliness, and the attention to every detail create a truly luxurious experience. The location, directly beside the Brandenburg Gate, could not be more perfect for exploring Berlin. What impressed us the most was the consistency of the service. A nice stay at a historic hotel. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The gym was very small and the hotel a little outdated, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

It is a luxury hotel but had strange plumbing system hand shower could not be shut while faucet is on in bath tub and total lack of outlets to charge computers or phone in the room ( outdated outlets were there instead )!and they did not have hand towels which is also peculiar . The staff is super helpful friendly and courteous. The location is the best part .
