Clean, perfect room for on person, easy code access into the hotel front door and the room too, pleasant staff in the morning, I didn’t eat but the breakfast setup looked good, easy access on foot or public transportation nearby.

Not great, started off great with early checkin but then on returning about 4.30 found that there were no towels in the room, no duvet covers or pillow cases , the safe was shut and unable to open and very few electrical outlets. Also no kettle in the room to make a cuppa after climbing stairs as there was no lift and i was on the 4th floor

Small hotel. Not a luxury one but everything clean and in place. Food just for breakfast, which is very very good, by the way. The staff is super friendly and helpful in everything.Location excellent near Ratingen station and the main places of the town. Very quite and safe neighborhood.

Loved my stay, the room and service. I felt welcome and very comfy in my single room.
Only thing to consider is that there is no elevator. So if you have a lot of luggage, ask for a room on the lower floors.

This is a hotel for those needing to be in the local area, or having to be close to Dusseldorf airport. It isn't very appealing from the outside, and when you walk in it has the atmosphere of a travelling men's hostel. However the receptionist was efficient and helpful, and happily set about booking a taxi for me. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. Overall the place could help itself a bit more in the image department, but it is a useful and safe choice.

Hotel is perfectly placed for my business trip. 15 minutes to the office, 10 minutes from a Ratingen centre and 5 minutes to the station where a 21 minute €2.70 bus ride takes you to the airport station.
Very helpful and friendly staff.
Room a bit small but not an issue for a short business trip. Only a single room so maybe the doubles will be larger.
