My room looked newly renovated. It was spotlessly clean, well designed, quiet and comfortable.
The shower had good water pressure.
Staff were friendly, and it had underground parking.

Disappointed that there is no coffee service or electric kettle with tea service in the room. Only 2 paper cups in the bathroom.

The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood. With great location to grocery shopping, restaurants and a beautiful church that is open 24 hours a day. Easy access to the autobahn, but you don’t hear the noise from the traffic.

The fact that the duvet and pillow covers didn't cover the whole of the duvets and pillows was a bit disappointing. All the hotels I stayed at in the Hanau area in the last 4 month (8 of them) fall into the same category, low value for money compared to other regions in Germany or Europe.

Good hotel with very nice staff. The room was a bit cold as the radiator was turned off and the window was open but it soon warmed up when I turned the radiator on.

I have stayed in the Ysenberger in the past and it seems to have degraded a bit. The bright point was the friendly staff that greeted me and were very helpful. The room was adequate and clean, but the linens were a bit threadbare and while cleaned showed some stains from age and much use.

Essen war okay, nichts besonders. Für Getränke war immer gesorgt. Leider war in allen Zimmern der Fernseher kaputt. Dafür waren die zimmer sehr hellhörig.
Im Hotel gab es anscheindend nur einen
Mittagstisch, aber eine Pizzaria war gegenüber.
