1 night stay. Good size room with clean bedding. Very affordable and close to the airport. Had food and drinks in the hotel and it was good but a bit on the expensive side we thought.

The hotel is in good condition. I like the sauna. It was great as I arrived late after a long drive and needed to relax. The restaurant is excellent and the waiters were fantastic. The only bad experience was the blond girl (I forgot her name) at the reception, she provided a very poor service and was not qualified to work at the reception and definitely need to have training to learn how to provide a great customer service.

1 pillow very soft no support duvet half the size of the bed keeps falling of you towels lets just say third of the size i am used to in hotel and very thin very poor quality
it feels like the hotel has given up bar staff talk between themselves and do everything they can to avoid eye contact and serve you

If you are reading this review and are thinking about booking this hotel, trust me, you can do better. For example no shower gel, only a small round bar of soap, small body lotion and small shampoo. If they ask you to pay the restaurant bill and present you with the credit card machine, check the itemised bill first.

We stayed with 7 friends whilst on a trip to the Essen Spiel. The room was clean, but lacked a kettle at first which was soon rectified. We didn't have food at the hotel. Parking was limited and even though there is an underground car park for the hotel as we hadn't reserved a space, we were not allowed to use it.
