I did not have the opportunity to visit the restaurant for breakfast so cannot comment on the menu / items offered. The parking was very safe. I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and remain satisfied with the quality and service. I did not comment on the “eco” question because frankly I find that question out of line to be asking guests / travelers. If you as a business choose to waste money, effort and time chasing such items, you should be aware that it is entirely on you as a business and not something you are doing for your guests and not something you should request input.

Amazing, great view, good parking, clean and wonderful breakfast

Gave us the room by the Main Street. Every 5 mins or so there was an ambulance. It was disturbing. Woke me up few times in the morning. Avoid getting a room on street side. Otherwise has better view & quite! The shower couldn’t maintain hot water. Every few seconds it’ll get cold & then back to warm!

We had an amazing time in this beautiful hotel. All perfect - location, service and services.

Checked in and was told I couldn’t have my friends in to use the bar/restaurant and was told I had to leave the reception area. No reason given but this is not how you treat your guests. I will never stay here again and feel absolutely robbed of having to pay to stay here after this treatment.

The property is conveniently located and everything in the room worked well. The breakfast was not of the quality that we were used to.

Nice stay. Everything was clean. Breakfast buffet was very good.

Hotel was great. People at the reception desk and the bartender were outstanding. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Heidenheim.

Beautiful location. Breakfast was excellent!: one of the best! Nobody came to clean the room for three days. We have to call every day to have the receptionist deliver towels for three of us but no one collected the used towels for three nights we spent there. The used towels were piling up on the bathroom floor. . The carpet could use replacement. The shower drain did not work well. Staff were very friendly though.

Clean building and property. Good breakfast and nice staff. Some stains on carpets in hallways on 2nd floor. The curtains had a large tear on the left panel. Did not seem to be as high quality as several years ago when it was a Best Western property. Good parking with electric car charging. Poor weather did not allow us to sit outside for the views of the city and Castle.

Really nicely presented hotel. Modern, clean and spacious. Our room was wonderful with lots of light, wonderful views of both the castle and the city. We didnt expect such a lovely large balcony, was a pleasant surprise. Beds were comfy and the blackout blinds were excellent. I could have sat in the relaxing chair all evening. Was a nice touch.

Very pleasant stay in a very nice hotel. Only thing you should not forget is to ask to clean your room if you stay longer than 1 night. To Legoland it takes 35-40 minutes drive from the hotel which makes it convenient if you plan to visit Legoland and looking for a nearby place to stay. Breakfast was very good. Overall facilities are quite fresh and nice. There is also a castle nearby to visit. Attached pool was closed in the beginning of August but we were offered to visit public pool which is located few hundred meters from the hotel.

We wanted to visit LegoLand Germany in Gunzburg but due to late planning couldn't find any suitable hotels so we started looking at options in nearby towns. We discovered this hotel in Heidenheim an der Brenz and boy what a great decision it turned out to be. We were looking for a nice place to stay as a family and this was simply perfect. • Location: A very nice and luxurious hotel which is newly built and in the middle of the city. • Parking: There is parking available so you can simply park your car safely underground with direct access to hotel elevators. • Rooms and amenities: Nice luxurious rooms with big bath. comfortable beds. Extremely clean. We chose the executive room so got an amazing view of the entire city from our room. • Staff: Very friendly staff at the reception. We arrived 30 mins earlier than the check-in time but she let us check-in early without any extra charge. she guides us and helped settle in comfortability so very happy. • Breakfast: Free minibar. breakfast was included and was fabulous with many options to chose from. • Nearby: There is a children's park and wild like park nearby. There is an old castle and museum you can visit on foot. it connects to gardens and there is a walk way down to the city center which was really beautiful. All in all a great stay. The family loved it. We have now decided to visit and stay there again in Autumn holidays for more days and spend time exploring the city.
