We attended the hockey game nearby and it was an easy walk. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The restaurant was excellent.

Stayed 1 night at Sombea on the way to Switzerland and thought it was excellent. The restaurant and bar on property was great for dinner, drinks, and breakfast the following morning. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was in great condition. The only knock was that the air conditioning system was not working and although it wasn't hot, it was a bit muggy because of the rain we had that night. Still slept soundly but we could have been a bit more comfortable. By the time we discovered that it wasn't working, it was too late at night and there was no one to fix it. One excellent feature of the hotel was the on-property cigar lounge, although during our 1-night stay it was full of cigarette smokers. I would still highly recommend this hotel as a stopover on the way to somewhere else.

Nice colorful hotel. Location was fine. Do have to pay to park there. Good breakfast buffet. Only thing to be aware of, the shower is in the bedroom with no privacy. It was fine for us because we were married, but would depend on your booking situation.

De kamer was comfortabel ingericht, maar helaas vond ik enkele haren in het bed en op de vloer, wat de ervaring iets minder prettig maakte. Sehr schönes Hotel mit großzügigen Zimmern und einem freundlichen Personal. Die Sauberkeit des gesamten Hauses, einschließlich der Lobby, ist hervorragend, und die Gestaltung der Lobby ist sehr ansprechend. Die Badezimmer in der Lobby sind sehr gepflegt und modern. Auch das Restaurant und die Bar bieten eine ausgezeichnete Qualität. Das Essen war sehr schmackhaft, und das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen.
