Very nice!!

Easy check in, polite staff and a clean room - can't ask for more than that.

Quick and easy check in outside the reception times. Quiet room. Close to the railway station, but you don't hear anything. Pleasant reception for check out.

Helpful and respectful hotel staff

We have been traveling throughout Germany for the past two weeks and unfortunately this is the smallest hotel room we have encountered. The description said 210 square meters, but definitely much smaller. Barely any room to move from bed to tiny bathroom. Staff was friendly, just hotel management giving false information on room description.

Great home base to visit city

Close to the train station which is what we wanted but a bit of a walk to the attractions.

Basic, clean hotel. Staff pleasant. Bed comfortable although pillows were too soft and gave little support- suggest at least extra pillows should be available. The room had plenty of sockets and bathroom very clean. A new carpet in room 11 would definitely give a better feel overall to the room. Quiet

We stayed for 6 nights and was relieved that the rooms are clean and the house keeping staff had done good job each day. However the hotel only provided 1 bottle of complementary Water during the whole period; given thar we stayed for 6 days ; hotel should replenish the water at least one more time at mid-stay. The location is convenient, near the train station and a supermarket.

Tiniest of rooms. A fat man could not fit in bathroom. Poor curtains, mattress, pillows. Gave me room next to elevator. Maid used it and area in front of my door as staging area. I got no sleep. Farthest away from good side of town. Worst and most expensive by 2x of all hotels ive rented in germany.

Comfortable room with everything you need for a short stay

The hotel is fine and the service is good. However, there is no one at the front desk in the evening. That meant I had to use my key to access the building. Quite a surprise for as many rooms as there are. I came back one mid-afternoon and found my key was not working. It was quickly resolved but there was no real explanation how it happened. Common with magnetic keys. However, it made going out later very uncomfortable, out of fear the key could stop working again. There is an emergency number I could have called but coming back later in the evening, facing the possibility of a dead key, calling the emergency number, waiting for staff to come to the hotel to let me in, AND having to still get up very early the next morning? No.

It was nice

Beds were a bit on the soft side for us. Area is just south of the railway station. Quite noisy innthe night as it wascwarm we had windows open. Yes I knew it was near the Railway, but this was cars and other noise from the street.

Simple, yet clean and modern accommodations, very near to the Hbf.
