Overall excellent facilities and staff. My only observation is that the reception area was very chaotic with a lot of kids running around which can be a little overwhelming. It might be an idea to relocate the pods which seemed to be their main attraction. Other than that I would definitely recommend.

We are gluten intolerant so the guest relations manager George was absolutely magnificent, sat us down on our first day to go over the food and all the restaurants, even organised gluten free beer to the mini bar in my room. Just stayed for the week but would recommend it to anyone who is celiac as all 3 in our party of 10 people never had 1 reaction. This was our first time trying out an all inclusive hotel since we have been diagnosed and will definitely come back

Stayed here for 10 days recently. Great in general so would highly recommend. We had some minor issues which George in guest relations sorted going above and beyond.
Some feedback for the hotel: We arrived late on Saturday night with our toddler and going for the buffet at 11pm wasn’t feasible. The sandwiches in the room were a nice touch but all were meat which my partner couldn’t have.
The tiles around the swim up pool are super slippy when wet, the other tiles are ok!

If you're looking for the perfect getaway in Greece, I can't recommend Atlantica Dreams Resort enough. Our stay was flawless, and a huge part of that was thanks to George, the incredible client relation manager. George went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was perfect. For instance, I had an important delivery that was delayed, and George made sure it arrived at the hotel just in time, which really took the stress out of our vacation.
What truly set this experience apart was the level of care and attention to detail. We felt like everything we needed was promptly taken care of, which made our vacation truly relaxing and enjoyable. It might seem like a small thing, but knowing that someone genuinely cared about our experience made all the difference.
Our daughter, who has celiac disease, was treated with special care. The staff ensured that she had safe and delicious meals at every restaurant, which was a huge relief for us as parents.
The hotel itself is stunning. The rooms were immaculate, and we were even upgraded to the best room in the hotel, which was a fantastic surprise. If you're considering a stay at Atlantica Dreams Resort, go for it—you won't be disappointed!

The hotel was stunning and all the staff were lovely and very accommodating. The food could have been a bit better as it was the same food every night. The caprice a la carte was amazing the food was excellent. The downfall of the hotel is the pools they are absolutely freezing. The weather was amazing but the pool water was just too cold.

We had an absolute blast during our stay. We needed a proper break and could not have asked for a better room and place to rest in. Every single staff member we came across was extremely attentive going the extra mile (a special thank you to Marcus, George, Vaula and the cleaning team). The direct access to the beach and private pool made the resort all the more enjoyable to stay in. As for the entertainment, the musicians were talented and lovely. The Sports team were fun to spend time with. In short, if you want to be in your own bubble away from home, book away.

The whole complex and room was aesthetically very nice. Very good views and grounds well kept.
Few issues when we first arrived. There was some issues with the room. Dead bugs on the wall and blinds didn’t work.
Someone came and fixed the curtains and to clean the bugs. But not all bugs where cleared. If we could see them then the cleaners should of been able to see them when preparing the room.
Evening food was average, none of the restaurants where diffrent in style from Each other . And the menus where limited. Done the job for all inclusive but wasn’t above and beyond that. In addition all the outside restaurants didn’t have the facilities for dealing with the mosquitoes, and some being by the water added to this. Putting a candle on the table or having a bug machine would of stopped this.
Entertainment in the evening was dry and cheesy. But the piano room was nice to have a drink after a meal.
Staff where all very nice and help full. No fault there.
There was a government tax that you had to pay for ur stay that was not made clear when booking and was sprung on us on arrival.
There was nothing around the complex to go out for an evening meal but did have good prices on hiring cars and a wide range of cars.
Overall very nice place to stay aesthetically but some issues on upkeep and variety and quality of food.
