Our group had 3 rooms. The front desk upgraded all of us to suites for the one night stay. We were able to walk to the museum which is less than a block. The front desk helped us with transportation to Knossos and to the ferry.

I typically stay here for work trips to HER - Thia is the 6/7th time I've been here and it has an amazing rooftop bar (with great food!) to watch the sunset and work (or to catch some sun).
I love the hotel and it's super close to everything. If you feel lazy there is also a gun there so it covers everything. Thank you Capsis team ❤️

Superb! Great Hotel in the heart of Heraklion! Room was clean and comfortable, staff are friendly and helpful! Lovely buffet breakfast and beautiful rooftop pool, bar & restaurant!

A wonderful stay. Hotel was centrally located with great access to everything. Rooftop pool and bar was a particular highlight. Cannot recommend enough for a stay in Heraklion. Staff were so friendly and helpful too.

Hotel was awful, very outdated. There was a terrible musty smell in our room that doesn’t go away, so bad. The bed was very low and hard, no comfort. Flooring was also peeling away. Shower head did not work properly, was broken. Very old, needs a big revamp!
