We have just come back from a beautiful stay at the 5 star Lindos Imperial, we loved every minute, the rooms were lovely, we had views of the pool and sea. Great facilities in the room, very comfy beds, air con was a relief in the room as it was very hot!
The food was amazing, spoilt for choice, absolutely delicious!
The entertainment at night was very good, and the whole place is huge but we were very lucky being near the beach as we prefer the beach to the pool, the pools however we’re great, lots to choose from, we also had the VIP package which allowed us to stay in our room on the last day when our flight was due, which was fab!
Couldn’t fault it and we didn’t want to come home lovely place and would highly recommend.

Never done an all-inclusive family holiday before. Not really our thing. We thought we'd give it a go. We've also not really done 5-stars as a family before either. We guess we still haven't.
We had a great week here and were pleased with the overall service and the food wasn't too bad either. However, we'd read a lot of reviews in advance so perhaps our views were already biased but we're pretty sure this doesn't match everyone's 5-star definition.
I could go into detail as to why but other reviews have covered those things at length and honestly I don't want to be too negative.
The resort was great. It would do better to pitch itself as a 4 star family hotel.
A few highlights:
1. The pools are good and the slides are fun.
2. The food is pretty decent. Buffet is fine and plentiful. We had two a la carte meals. The Asian and Italian. We preferred the Italian.
3. Staff are generally friendly and keen to help.
4. Family room was large and the sofa beds were perfectly adequate for adult and near adult children.
5. The animation team (though not really our thing) are clearly fabulous. The contortionist was freaky!
A few areas for improvement:
1. It would be good to have some form of dedicated parking provision that matches what's described.
2. Some staff could do with a bit more training.
3. Not great that our towels were changed daily even though we didn't ask.
4. The drinks are a bit hit and miss. Best cocktails are in bar at night.
To be clear. We had a good time!

This is not a 5 star facility, the staff although very friendly, need a lot more training. There is simply not enough information. You are constantly referred to using the app but the app does not have all the information, so it is repeatedly back to the front desk for questions. One person in our group did not have power in their room for about 16 hours overnight , until staff remembered shewas supposed to get an extra card to use for electricity. Safes differ in mechanism between rooms, the more unusual ones did not have instructions, so again to front desk. If you have food intolerances, the meals are difficult to figure out, as only some were marked with which allergens were present. General poor awareness about gluten intolerance in dining room (although the person at the beach bar did clean utensils and grill before heating a glutenfree pizza base, so at least it seems he was aware). Drinks were fairly watery (wine and cocktails)— the cocktails came from commercially prepared pre-mixed cartons. The only additional restaurant we were able to book for was the asian— don’t bother, very small menu and other than the chicken wings( which were nice) the rest was dry and no taste. Again, despite ample prior warning, no preparedness for gluten intolerance, so the chef made me a chicken breast and rice, which is not something you would specifically go to a restaurant for.
One swim towel only, obtainable only from spa every 48 hours, was very unusual for a beach &pool holiday

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Firstly the front service was terrible, they barely speak any English. Secondly the first room that they gave was HORRENDOUS. There was spider webs in the ceiling corners. The shower glass was chipped and very sharp. There was hair throughout the entire room including the “clean” bed sheets. The bed sheet was ripped in multiple places. The refrigerator was sticky and had leftover food from the other guests and the smell was disgusting. When we went to the lobby to complain about the room they said they will come and clean the room, after a 1. hour wait they finally arrived with the manager. When they saw the amount of work they will need to do they just left the room and said they will give us a room the next day. We had to spend the night in a room that looked like it had never been cleaned which had ants walking around the floor. We couldn’t even open the balcony door to get some fresh air because there was no bug net. As well the food was simple but good, the breakfast had no variety during our stay.The dinner was better it had new food types every dinner. And our servers were wonderful. János Kálmánchelyi was a wonderful server and even a better person. The beach was non swimmable because it had very big, slimy rocks that made it hard to get in and get out of the water. There was no sand on the beach it was little pieces of gravel. The gravel made it dusty. We will not waste our time coming here again. TOTALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

I want to share my recent experience at Lindos Resort. Overall, the stay was a mix of positive and negative aspects.
On the positive side:
- Some of the staff, such as Klara and the manager at the reception, were genuinely friendly and welcoming.
- The resort had multiple pools, which were great for relaxation and enjoyment.
- The Italian restaurant served high-quality dishes, making it a standout dining experience.
However, there were several disappointing aspects:
- Some of the senior staff at the bar near the reception were rude and impolite.
- There was a foul smell near the relax pool border, which was unpleasant.
- The buffet food was underwhelming, with repetitive items such as pasta and Bolognese sauce almost every day, although Friday night's buffet was an exception.
- Unfortunately, after one of our dinners, my family and I experienced food poisoning, which required us to seek medical attention. This seems to be a recurring problem based on previous reviews.
Overall, due to these negative experiences, I do not plan to return to this hotel nor would I recommend it.

Staff here go above and beyond to make your trip special - Jamie was an absolute delight and we enjoyed seeing him each day - so helpful, friendly and always with a smile. Mariana on reception was also amazing - thanks for a lovely stay.
The food was average but i think this is standard for all inclusive holidays.
Would definitely recommend booking a suite if possible (we upgraded after the first night) and it was so much better. We had a suite with shared pool, the area was clean, pool was lovely and not too busy at all.
I would say for any beach lovers the beach nearby isnt the nicest, we ended up renting a quad and going to nearby Lindos Beach and St Pauls Bay which were beautiful with clear water.

On the good side:
Very varied and delicious food throughout the day.
Really great water slides, lots of pools and a stunning beach.
The staff is courteous, helpful and always with a smile.
The rooms are clean and also cleaned daily to a high standard.
On the less good side:
The furniture in the rooms is quite outdated.
The rooms do not have internet reception and where there is a very poor quality. Like the internet that was in the early 2000s.
The air conditioner hardly worked and it is harsh in the temperatures of summer in Rhodes.
For two days there were prolonged water breaks to a level that it was impossible to shower.
At the reception of the hotel they were not too excited about the faulty air conditioner or the water breaks nor were they eager to take care of the matter.

During my stay at Lindos it was going great until the second day after my arrival which I had a seven day stay all inclusive house keeping came in and cleared out my room and thrown away all my items and clothing because they forgot to checkout the person who was staying there before me upon my arrival and & the day shift manager had given her permission to clear the room out and I had never received back my belongings and each day I inquired about my belongings the manager said he will do his best to get my things back and he would contact me and never did and they never was able to find all of my items and it was upsetting because of there lack of management and competence I took a lost because I had a early morning flight back to the usa for 10am and my shuttle came for 7:30 am so it was not the best vacation I had in mind I would not be returning to lindos during my next visit to Greece

The hotel was wonderful, especially the staff in Guest Relations Ksenia Nikitina. I booked the hotel for my wife's birthday and the staff went above and beyond to help me make my wife birthday unforgettable. The decorations in the room where amazing and she was available 24/7 to help us get the most of the hotel facilities. She even recommend romantic places that we can go to make our stay even better. The room we stay at was a suite with jetted tub and private pool. Nice room to stay if you go with your partner. The price was amazing. The restaurants had really good quality food and the buffet restaurant had a of variety of foods. I advise if you are stay there and need something go straight to the guest relations and speak with Ksenia Nikitina. I Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel promised great stays. Overall it was not bad but for 5* it was very amateur and appeared understaffed.
Kids entertainment was great.
The food was very sameish every night at the buffet and we only managed to book two restaurants in the week. We weren’t overly impressed with the buffet food and realised most of the chefs were the same throughout the hotel so we cancelled the wok gourmand restaurant and the Greek meze and just went out to eat.
Again for 5 stars - our room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly, bins weren’t changed, cups were just rinsed in the sink and supplies for tea & coffee were not always topped up.
Check in - we got given our room key, a piece of paper with a map and another with food times.
We had to literally work out how everything worked and the queue for reception was always long so it wasn’t ever worth visiting them to ask for help.
I wouldn’t stay here again, the area isn’t built up so we got taxis to pefkos and lardos where there was more culture and life.

Lovely hotel. Staff really friendly. A la carte gets booked up quickly on the app so make a booking as soon as you arrive. 3 restaurants per week. Mexican definitely the best. Long queues at breakfast if you don’t get down there by 9am. Also queues at the activity bar all day. No entertainment on a Monday. Aqua gym was fun. Some activities not on because of covid. Also nightclub shut too. Can’t dial reception from your room they don’t answer and also if your message via WhatsApp they don’t read it! Good water sports. Would recommend

I want to share my recent experience at Lindos Resort. Overall, the stay was a mix of positive and negative aspects.
On the positive side:
- Some of the staff, such as Klara and the manager at the reception, were genuinely friendly and welcoming.
- The resort had multiple pools, which were great for relaxation and enjoyment.
- The Italian restaurant served high-quality dishes, making it a standout dining experience.
However, there were several disappointing aspects:
- Some of the senior staff at the bar near the reception were rude and impolite.
- There was a foul smell near the relax pool border, which was unpleasant.
- The buffet food was underwhelming, with repetitive items such as pasta and Bolognese sauce almost every day, although Friday night's buffet was an exception.
- Unfortunately, after one of our dinners, my family and I experienced food poisoning, which required us to seek medical attention. This seems to be a recurring problem based on previous reviews.
Overall, due to these negative experiences, I do not plan to return to this hotel nor would I recommend it.

We have just come back from a beautiful stay at the 5 star Lindos Imperial, we loved every minute, the rooms were lovely, we had views of the pool and sea. Great facilities in the room, very comfy beds, air con was a relief in the room as it was very hot!
The food was amazing, spoilt for choice, absolutely delicious!
The entertainment at night was very good, and the whole place is huge but we were very lucky being near the beach as we prefer the beach to the pool, the pools however we’re great, lots to choose from, we also had the VIP package which allowed us to stay in our room on the last day when our flight was due, which was fab!
Couldn’t fault it and we didn’t want to come home lovely place and would highly recommend.

Staff here go above and beyond to make your trip special - Jamie was an absolute delight and we enjoyed seeing him each day - so helpful, friendly and always with a smile. Mariana on reception was also amazing - thanks for a lovely stay.
The food was average but i think this is standard for all inclusive holidays.
Would definitely recommend booking a suite if possible (we upgraded after the first night) and it was so much better. We had a suite with shared pool, the area was clean, pool was lovely and not too busy at all.
I would say for any beach lovers the beach nearby isnt the nicest, we ended up renting a quad and going to nearby Lindos Beach and St Pauls Bay which were beautiful with clear water.

The swimming pools were great, kids loved them.
Beach is shingle but sandy areas within walking distance.
Food was OK, but the 'Dine Around' options were difficult to secure.
All in all a lovely stay!

On the good side:
Very varied and delicious food throughout the day.
Really great water slides, lots of pools and a stunning beach.
The staff is courteous, helpful and always with a smile.
The rooms are clean and also cleaned daily to a high standard.
On the less good side:
The furniture in the rooms is quite outdated.
The rooms do not have internet reception and where there is a very poor quality. Like the internet that was in the early 2000s.
The air conditioner hardly worked and it is harsh in the temperatures of summer in Rhodes.
For two days there were prolonged water breaks to a level that it was impossible to shower.
At the reception of the hotel they were not too excited about the faulty air conditioner or the water breaks nor were they eager to take care of the matter.

During my stay at Lindos it was going great until the second day after my arrival which I had a seven day stay all inclusive house keeping came in and cleared out my room and thrown away all my items and clothing because they forgot to checkout the person who was staying there before me upon my arrival and & the day shift manager had given her permission to clear the room out and I had never received back my belongings and each day I inquired about my belongings the manager said he will do his best to get my things back and he would contact me and never did and they never was able to find all of my items and it was upsetting because of there lack of management and competence I took a lost because I had a early morning flight back to the usa for 10am and my shuttle came for 7:30 am so it was not the best vacation I had in mind I would not be returning to lindos during my next visit to Greece

The hotel was wonderful, especially the staff in Guest Relations Ksenia Nikitina. I booked the hotel for my wife's birthday and the staff went above and beyond to help me make my wife birthday unforgettable. The decorations in the room where amazing and she was available 24/7 to help us get the most of the hotel facilities. She even recommend romantic places that we can go to make our stay even better. The room we stay at was a suite with jetted tub and private pool. Nice room to stay if you go with your partner. The price was amazing. The restaurants had really good quality food and the buffet restaurant had a of variety of foods. I advise if you are stay there and need something go straight to the guest relations and speak with Ksenia Nikitina. I Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel promised great stays. Overall it was not bad but for 5* it was very amateur and appeared understaffed.
Kids entertainment was great.
The food was very sameish every night at the buffet and we only managed to book two restaurants in the week. We weren’t overly impressed with the buffet food and realised most of the chefs were the same throughout the hotel so we cancelled the wok gourmand restaurant and the Greek meze and just went out to eat.
Again for 5 stars - our room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly, bins weren’t changed, cups were just rinsed in the sink and supplies for tea & coffee were not always topped up.
Check in - we got given our room key, a piece of paper with a map and another with food times.
We had to literally work out how everything worked and the queue for reception was always long so it wasn’t ever worth visiting them to ask for help.
I wouldn’t stay here again, the area isn’t built up so we got taxis to pefkos and lardos where there was more culture and life.

Lovely hotel. Staff really friendly. A la carte gets booked up quickly on the app so make a booking as soon as you arrive. 3 restaurants per week. Mexican definitely the best. Long queues at breakfast if you don’t get down there by 9am. Also queues at the activity bar all day. No entertainment on a Monday. Aqua gym was fun. Some activities not on because of covid. Also nightclub shut too. Can’t dial reception from your room they don’t answer and also if your message via WhatsApp they don’t read it! Good water sports. Would recommend
