Overall the Mitsis Laguna is an excellent resort. It's well maintained and the staff are extremely polite and helpful making the overall experience excellent. The only point to make was the sound proofing in the bungalow that we had near the 2nd pool. We could hear the people both above and in adjoining room quite clearly and the early morning cleaning outside woke us up most mornings.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Our whirlpool sea view room was beautiful, comfortable, and had stunning views. The hotel was spotless throughout and everything was maintained to a very high standard. The staff were exceptional so friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which really made our stay extra special. The food was delicious with a fantastic selection available at every meal. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable experience and cannot wait to return. Highly recommended we will definitely be back!

Overall very good experience! Food, staff, and resort are very nice! We were quite disappointed with the cleanliness especially with regards to the room. I dont think they cleaned our room once throughout the whole week. They made the bed (pulled the bed sheet very quickly), changed the towels, but other than that they didn’t clean anything in the room. Mitigated experience.

We traveled as a family with "children" ages 17-23. We were forced to a family resort due to our 17 year old. For anyone in this same boat, select another hotel. Yound children are everywhere. Aside from one space on the beach, you cannot get away from them. Even the evening entertainment is geared to the younger audience. Suggestion: the hotel could split entertainment and activities for the older and younger audiences. All of my kids were bored to death after dinner every night. Rooms: AC ok, drinks in refrigerator were mostly soft drinks, no diet, and wine. Refilled daily. Housekeeping is lacking. Hair on floor, tub never wiped out (sand shows up on bottom), shampoo/cond/body wash are attached to wall, never refilled and full of water. BRING YOUR OWN! Also, bring a washcloth! We packed black cheap washcloths thanks to anothers advise--they were right! Sheets were only folded up, never tucked in. Our room had a jacuzzi that was impossible to use due to chemicals. Had to call multiple times and they finally fixed it after 4 days. Couldn't breathe, smelled like straight bleach (water stays in) or some kind of strong cleaner. Restaurants: Main dining lacking in flavor and variety, temp issues. Service was fine. No bar options from main dining except for a mimosa in the AM. Breakfast was the same every day. A la carte is good. Service slow. Book before you go or you will not get in. Bars: very limited. Expecting more options w/ with all inclusive.

A very nice upscale all inclusive. Meals were all good as well as the drinks. The only suggestions I can give are- put thermostatic mixing valves on all showers as the temperature swings wildly from cooled to scalding rapidly and place wrapped soap in the soap dish so guests will not assume that the hand lotion is the only available source for washing hands. The breakfast buffet is large and varied and unlike so many other Greek hotels the food on buffets is served hot. Many made to order stations exist. Numerous pools are available and the al a carte restaurants are great. The drink and wine section is also exceptional with a wide choice and excellent recommendations. A nutritionist (currently working on her Masters) consults with those who have dietary or food allergy considerations. Overall the best hotel we stayed at in our three weeks at the point of writing this review. We stayed two nights but you could likely stay a week and not exhaust the choice in bars, menus or drink options. No problem finding a nice lounger by the pool either.
