Martha at the front desk was so helpful and recommended great restaurants to try - they were fantastic. Katerina at the pool restaurant was so helpful and gregarious took care of all our culinary needs. We will definitely come back and recommend to our friends and family.

This property needs some maintenance.

Beautiful views of the sunset from the restaurant. Pool is overlooking Malia town. There is an Old Malia town within 10 minutes walk with lots of dining options. Staff is very friendly and attentive.

Was good, noticed afew ants, but nothing crazy

The property was very nice, quiet, with pool and good breakfast. Staff very nice and helpful. Ana advised for places to visit . The hotel is close to the old city with a lot of places to eat but is far by foot from the beach and the beach road. That is of course the disadvantage of the place.

We had a last minute stay due to changes ti our travel plans, and arrived very late at night as a result. We were greeted by a friendly and helpful bar person who helped us to check in and showed us to our room. Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious for a family of 3. We also enjoyed the terrace area (we had a larger type of room), pool area and views. Topped off by a tasty breakfast the next morning. As we were only there for a night we didnt get a chance to explore the area but couldn't fault the welcome, facilities and value for money.

This hotel is beautiful the staff, specially Sofia was so kind, helpfull and friendly. We would have like to stay longer. Breakfast was excellent. Thanks

Nice, quiet, very clean hotel. The views were amazing and the breakfast simple but delicious and with many options to choose from.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and tidy, good showers. All beds are just twins pushed together. The pool is clean, and plenty of sun loungers including 4 cabanas - all just on a first come, first served basis. The bar/restaurant was open for lunch and breakfast, but not open in the evening. We were not informed of this prior to arrival. There was a lack of staff at the hotel. The only person there all day is the very lovely lady running the pool bar. We arrived at 1200 and the bar lady had to show us to our rooms. The hotel is a gold rewards hotel, one of the reasons I booked it. It was about 1/3rd full, but as there was no front of house staff. I managed to speak to the receptionist on the 2nd day and was informed that they have never heard of gold rewards program and they do not offer upgrades (even though I checked and every type of room was available) Unfortunately the hot water stopped working in our part of the hotel, and again due to the lack of staff, the only person to inform was the bar lady. It took 2 days to get fixed, so that was 2 days with no hot water and we weren’t offered anywhere else to shower - even though it wasn’t the whole hotel without hot water. We also lost hot water for another day, som3 days in total. Never received an apology or explanation, as there were no staff. I know we traveled during COVID and some changes were to be expected, but having no Front of house staff, and no hot water is very poor.

It was a good experience over all. It's quite area, but busy and narrow roads to get to the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Clean place.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Bedrooms were clean, spacious and modern. Swimming pool area was clean and well planned. Sun beds were amazing. Never had such comfortable and luxurious sun beds at a hotel before.

The staff are warm & welcoming. The hotel is up a hill and removed from the clubs. Truly the only draw backs are the extra firm/uncomfortable beds & expensive meals/drinks. The breakfast buffet is nice & has a good variety. Would go back and definitely recommend staying here. Felt the price was good value for the money.

Very good complex ,located in the quiet part of the city with very nice view on the sea.

Ok quite location away from the main patch, breakfast is ok however do not expect it to be the same as a hotel this is a apartment type property not an hotel. Be prepared for the walk back up hill for when you are ready to rest for the evening. If you hire a quad, moped or car it will not be a problem and you are looking for a quite peaceful break.

I highly recomend this hotel. Although the hotel is not on the sea shore (which is a plus to me), it takes less then 10 minutes to get to the beach by car, It is 5 minutes from the highway. It is very clean, quiet the stuff is very nice and the rooms are big (we had 2 rooms one with a double bed can be separated to 2 singles and the second one with a single bed. a kithen and a bath room. The pool is very clean and breakfast is very reach. It has free Wifi

Room was lovely and spacious, cleaned daily and free water supplied. The property was out of town up in the hill which means it’s out of the noise from town but it is a fair step from the beach but not a problem if you ok walking of you can get a cab down. Staff are very friendly and always willing to help. Free transfer provided to and from the airport.

Nice overall experience but could’ve been closer to the strip/beach. - also up huge hill but hiring the quad bikes helped! View was excellent - but bar was a little expensive

Ac room, cleaned everyday, bottled water provided everyday, two balconies, fixed rack for drying clothes, lovely restaurant.
