The selling feature of Amaze Suites was the staff friendliness and superb service and room service during our 7 days. We didnt want to leave! The views from the hotel pool and from our patio of the Caldera was magical! You wake up to the most beautiful sunrise and sunsets every single day. We loved our stay so much we are thinking of visiting again in August.

Staff were lovely, kind and accommodating. Service was great. However after using the plunge pool for about 10 minutes, I developed a rash and itchiness on my legs. They did a thorough check following this incident. The drain inside the bathroom also leaked and the water flooded our room a little. This was also fixed immediately and we were told it’s due to the poor sewage system of the island. View was amazing however place is a little run down. Pictures on the website were deceiving but they will be renovating soon as we were told. Overall, the staff friendliness made our stay a lot better. Thank you.

Perfect spot for sunset! Easy location to get to. Many places to walk to. Staff was excellent and very friendly. Would rate a 10 out of 10 and hope my husband takes me back there again.

The pool area, owner and staff are fantastic. Those are really what made the stay good. The rooms and cleanliness of those rooms are lacking a bit, which was disappointing for the price we paid. Both rooms we stayed in had ants and when they cleaned our room, they mainly just tidied and swept the main areas, leaving the edges of the floors still dirty. The pool area and view are amazing, but the rooms were a bit disappointing.

We got there and they gave us a room upstairs all the way on the corner of the property! On my reservation it says first floor room with a plunge heated pool! When I said something about it Sabrina got all offended! She said we will switch your room today to an upgraded room. Well this room was upstairs again and the plunge pool we can only use ones because the water was dirty and cold! This property is pretty expensive to stay here. I don’t understand all the good reviews. The bathroom had a horrible smell from the sewer. In the first room the bathroom had mold all around the bottom area. When I told Sabrina she got all mad and she told me to talk to the receptionist. We didn’t see anyone at the reception for the first few days we were there. On our last day there we also woke up with aunts! Breakfast was very good every morning, except there’s 3 cats roaming around jumping on tables. I wouldn’t recommend this property! And it’s also about a 15-20 min drive to Oia. Very disappointed!

My husband and I stayed at Santorini's Balcony and I can not recommend this place enough. The staff was very friendly and helpful for anything we needed. The rooms and balcony were a good size and clean. There isn't a ton of walkable places directly by it but if you're up for walking 10minutes you can get to a lot of places. The staff can also help you get a taxi as well. The views were amazing!! Overall, highly recommend!

The property was great and comfortable. The shower is the only thing I would say needs a good scrub. The property is safe and peaceful but like everything in satorini the transportation is a pain.

The stunning view… the friendly Erika & Sabrina. Erika recommended an excellent cruise! It was a fantastic experience.
The breakfast was delicious. The pancakes were my favourite. The kittens and cats greet us all the time .😊

I had an amazing first time experience staying at Santorini Balcony. The host and the staffs were very nice and genuine. I remembered I didn’t have a universal adapter to charge my dead phone and they let me borrow theirs until I leave. I definitely will book with them again.

Let me start by saying that thanks to the great team behind this hotel our HoneyMoon was saved, American Airlines screwed our flights we missed part of our vacations days, when we finally arrived to Santorini Balcony Anthony, Dimitri, Erica, and the boys were there to receive us with a warm welcome, right away They did the best to setup us on and recover the missing days. They help us with almost everything transfers, car rental, boat reservations for the calderas, and late hours food services. Thank to them all went perfect and let me say is not the place is the people who make it shine.
The Hotel is in a strategic place since you are like in the middle of Fira and Oía so driving was easy and closer to beautiful locations, walkable, and good for hiking.
Breakfast is a special moment with all the Team Dimitri is in charge of the Bar and Erica will help you with anything that you need, Anthony will be always there for you to make your day even better.
Sunset is beautiful from this property.
Thanks one time Anthony for all your help.

Such a perfect location with a million dollar view. 10 minute walk to town/market/restaurants. Our hosts were so welcoming and made us feel at home. Pool area is beautiful with the perfect view.

Santorinis balcony was exactly what we were looking for. Some Pearce and quiet amalgamated with some boutique luxury and service. The staff made us feel like we were at home and we hardly wanted to leave as we were so pampered by everyone.
The cabanas were a perfect Daytime chilling spot while we could people watch with the walking path not far from us. Erika and Domitious attended to our every need and kept a look out for us every time out glasses were half full.
There were two cats that were around the property which i took the liberty of naming Tim and Mitch - by the end of it were best friends and they even tried to bribe me with the only lizard i saw on the island :)
We had a slight problem with the shower in the beginning as the hotel had just opened the day before however this was attended to immediately. Unfortunately due to some technical issues the problem as not fixed during our short sty but i am sure once the renovations are complete over the next 4-5 days this will be addressed.
Other than that - We quickly realised that the hotel had THE BEST view of the sunset on the island - as we rented a car and had viewed it from Fira and Oia ammoudi bay and honestly nothing compared to Santorinis balcony.
The owner was extremely hospitable and friendly and provided us with some amazing foods recommendations that the locals go to that you wouldn’t find online - as most of the places are tourist traps.

The pool, personal hot tub, and the view are great features. The rooms are large but slightly dared. The breakfast on the balcony is wonderful. The owners are very hospitable and made us feel very comfortable.
