Stayed here for 3 weeks to work since came equipped with kitchenette. During check-in and check-out, there was no communication regarding process or procedure. I was left to my own volution guessing. Staff was responsive once you as the customer initiated contact. Cleaning was performed regularly, however building/apartments in need of repair. Very outdated and dilapidated.

Really great location close to plenty of shops and supermarkets including a local farmers supermarket. Also on the number 1 bus route going to St George’s, grand anse beach etc. also close to the airport but location is quiet.
Apartment is a really good size with air con in each room and was very clean.
We had an issue with the oven not working and it was replaced the next day.
Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again next time I am in Grenada.
Only suggestios I can make is that the beds are very very hard and not that comfortable to sleep on. I would suggest they get mattress toppers to add softness to the beds. It would also be good if there were kitchen towels, cleaning spray and wipes to help tidy up after ourselves. Also think the check in process should be better with someone meeting you at the property to let you in and the apartment doors should be numbered as it was confusing to find which apartment we were staying in.
