It was one of the best resorts I've ever stayed in. The people were exceptionally nice and helpful. I don't usually like buffets, but they have two a day—breakfast and lunch—with completely different choices and both were EXCELLENT. It was about $30/meal without a package. Stay in a room with access to the Club Floor if you like Happy Hour. It is daily from 4-7p with finger food. If you eat at the buffet, this is plenty for dinner. When you walk out the side door, you're ON the beach. Towels are provided. Water is easy sand walk in (no drop offs and no stones).

We loved the property and its beach location. The water is so clean and calm. Great option especially for families with children. The water does not get deep so it is very safe. You can also see fish with snorkel masks. The hotel was a good mix of people of all ages. We loved our stay!

Checking in was hectic due to a bomb threat that occurred around check in. But we don’t hold that against the establishment. We are a family of 6 so we booked 2 rooms. We hoped for adjoining but would’ve been fine being on the same floor. Nope, 11th and 16th floor. No vouchers for the other room and family members. Staff at front desk seemed flustered when we checked in late but we did prepay for the room to save our reservation. The restaurant staff(palm cafe, beach grill) and pool staff were all very pleasant and professional. The housekeeping ladies were awesome. They were quick and efficient and also very friendly to the children. Overall great stay, next time will request specifically for adjoining rooms or same floor.

This property is in a great location, that’s why we chose it. We had a brief encounter with the front desk and the “‘manager” had a bit of an attitude when we were understandably upset that our room wasn’t ready hours after check-in.
We stayed in three different rooms and the AC wasn’t the best in any of them. There are areas that definitely need improvement, but overall, we’d stay here again. We’d probably book a higher room rate type of room though. It seems they take better care of those rooms.

Waiting for two hours because rooms are not ready. Air conditioning is not working only fan and no cooling. I reported it but no response. Terrible experience paying two rooms and spend 3 nights but not worthy.
