Great location, convenient for everything.

This hotel was amazing, apart from not having a wardrobe to put our clothes in. The room was a reasonable size, we stayed in the king size room overlooking the city, amazing views from the room too. The hotel is very close to Jordan MTR station and you can get anywhere. Temple street market is a less than a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

Location is great,literally you can go anywhere easily, subway station bus stop all can walk by just few minutes, there's lots restaurants in that area too and food is great,7-Eleven and supermarket is cross street, staffs are friendly, i would definitely stay there again 8f i go back Hong Kong.

Pros Rooms were large enough for our needs and clean overall. (compliments to the housekeepers on the 16th floor for sorting out some small issues for us so quickly) Beds were a little too hard for me but that’s a personal preference. Shower/toilet is small but I think is typical for HK but all good none the less. Shampoo, shower gels and hand wash provided in refillable pumps. There are 4 lifts which can get busy at times. There is a self-use laundry room includes 4 washers and 4 dryers. Tokens can be purchased at reception. Great location for Jordan MTR station, bus stops and within walking distance of Nathan Road. Good choice of local eateries if you don’t have meals included or just want to try the local delicacies (hotel guests are entitled to a discount if you decide to dine in) Staff were professional and very helpful and can converse in Mandarin, Cantonese and English. Cons The rooms could do with an update as they look tired but all essentials facilities was provided. Unfortunately, the original room that was allocated to us had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. However, the reception staff were more than happy to help change the rooms for us The hotel was very busy during our stay in August (which is always a good sign but meant check-in was slow) Overall, hotel is in a great location for tourists and good value for money, staff were professional and helpful.

Nice locations. Opposite to convenient store and 5 mins from MTR. Many good local restaurants nearby and just 10-15 mins walk to Tsim Sha Tsui. Room is a bit small but very clean and up to date.

Clean and comfortable, good service and in a good location. If coming on AirPort Express get off at Kowloon and only 60 Hong Kong dollars with suitcases in a taxi to the hotel

This hotel has an outstandingly good location. It has very few facilities and a rather indifferent restaurant, so we ended up eating outside all the time, which is fine because there are so many restaurants in the vicinity. The hotel is right next to a bus station serving visitors from the PRC, who don't want or need much from the hotel, apart from somewhere to sleep, so there is no vibe or atmosphere. The sound proofing between rooms is not good, so beware of neighbours taking showers at 1a.m. Altogether a fair price for a basic hotel and a decent base when visiting the city.

This is an ok hotel. Family room is too small, location is superb.

The area of the hotel is good for sightseeing, walking distance to few MTR stations (TST, Jordan). Close to the bus stop (5mins walk) to the aiport (A22/25). There's a 7eleven in front for quick bites and alot of restaurants walking distance. There are always red taxis in front. Rooms are ok and clean but abit outdated. Can do with abit of renovation/updating but if you're mainly out going around the day should be OK. If you are booking one room this might be a connecting room to the next so possibly can hear the next room. Although I was quite lucky the room that I stayed on was facing the Kowloon park/Victoria Harbour so had a nice view.

Fourth time in past 18 months - Booked 2 rooms for 1 Night stay - only able to utilise 6 hours as late check in due to Thyphoon 10 and left early hours next morning

Have stayed several times and always found the BP a great location and pleasant stay. However, time my room 1317 had a constant loud gurgling noise from the bathroom drains. So loud it interrupted my sleep. Hopefully its fixed next trip in 2 weeks time.

We didn't get food. Bed was good but my children and I got bit by something in the hotel. We woke up to bites on our legs and stuff.
