Awesome stay here for 4 nights at a low rate, place was super amazing. Location is only a minute from Tsim Sha Tsui Station, 7/11, many restaurants and outlets nearby. Living room, bedroom and bathroom were surprisingly clean, warm, cozy, and feel like home. Facilities such were completely adequate such as microvawe, oven, hairdryer straightener, even they provide massaging chair (used it everyday after longwalk)! I was very glad to choose L'etoile de Mer for my first solo travel accommodation, met some new friends here also :)

the wash basin is leaking,
the bath towel is very small, its more like a face towel than bath towel

The hotel staff was friendly. Initially, there were some difficulties with self-check-in via computer, but the staff responded quickly via chat. Initially, I booked a family room, but it had a slight leak, but I was upgraded to a room in a nearby building. The room was larger and nicer. Overall, I was very satisfied, and the hotel is close to everything.

At first, my bed was smell bed. I think when I came, they didn't clean it yet as no staff was ever standby there. At the end, they allowed me to move to another capsule. So far, it was fine. Other than this issue, everythine was wonderful.

Manual check in & check out only with the machine, the facilities are quite complete, there are soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, small towel, hair dryer, refrigerator, water heater, washing machine, cutlery. Chatting with guests who have stayed here more than a year ago, there are some facilities that have been reduced such as a coffee machine. The capsule is quite clean, there are clothes hangers, towel hangers, USB power plugs and 3 heads. But the AC is very hot: (read other reviews it turns out this problem has been around for quite a long time. There is a blower in front of the room so that when you sleep the door is opened, lucky to get the capsule closest to the door so you can feel the wind. But if you get a capsule that is far from the door it will feel very hot (many even open the curtains). But a small fan is provided for each capsule, which is quite helpful.

Great location, price, just barely ok. The photos are really old, it's not exactly misleading but it's not really clean either. The capsule bed I was assigned has a massive dip in the middle, so it's not comfortable. There is no airflow in the capsule so it can get REALLY hot inside. They did not plug up the airflow vents in the units.
The bathroom is clean-ish, but the towels are not replenished daily. The bathroom fan doesn't work properly, so it's going to be very steamy and some how, guests make the floor all wet???
They had a water dispenser, but while I was there, there was some rennovation going on in the womens bathroom and then the kitchen area. The water dispenser was removed, but WHY???
Nothing makes sense here lol. Wifi also really trash in the far side of the building.
Honestly, I just don't think they pay the cleaner there enough to care to keep it up to a good standard. It was just a domestic worker that lives and works there.
Book here for a few days, but no more. Great location if you need to travel in a pinch.

After your payment, don't forget to check your email and WhatsApp them, this is self-service check-in, you will get directions and the way how to check in. One floor consists of 4 shower rooms, everything is so good.

Foto hotel tidak sesuai ekspetasi. Udah itu paling parah cari alamat hotelnya ga ada petunjuk plang hotel sampe muter-muter nanya orang berapa kali. Fasilitas kebersihan ga ada. Staff yang standby ga ada. Mohon di benahi pelayanannya.
