Room 249 is supper noise, as there are two big ventilation fans located outside the windows and also it is the same level of the bridge. Besides, there were plenty of chinese smoking in the hotel, the hotel staff didn't not take any action, just allow them to smoking

- no control of air conditioning, too cold and no one can fix it - facilities are old, need to ask for repair the toilet flushing, bath tub drainage, night lamp - cleaning staff not cleaning the bathroom properly - no replacement of consumable unless asking, eg tissue paper, cotton wool buds - bad quality of shampoo, or refilled wrong product - bathroom got weird disgusting smell

Basic on service are cut down too much , specially bellboy services . Seem just only 9 am to 6 pm only ! Also , the room is clean but is old . Specially the bathroom tub are not good for senior person ! Water are wet on the floor causes no shower curtain !
