The hotel is new and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. To the nearest MRT is around 500-600 m and to the bus terminal is around 100 m. Near Seven Eleven and McD. Really enjoyed staying in this hotel. I will stay here again when I come to HK.

No one helped us with our luggage upon arrival. There were no instructions about drop-off in the underground parkade. The elevators are very small. The rooms and beds are also much smaller than shown in the photos. Expedia lists this hotel as a 4-star property; at most, and generously, it is a 3-star hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms although very small. We asked for a twin room after friends warned us that the Double Room is very small. Ensuit bathroom is a partitioned room using transparent plastic panels. When light is turned on at night it lights up the bedroom which is not ideal for other occupant who is asleep. No restaurant facilities for breakfast. Only lunch and dinner. We did not mind as there was an excellent Cafe within walking distance.

room is spacious but bare as only 1 tilted chair provided while 1 sit on the chair and other has to stand or lie down on the bed. Surrounding are clean quiet and convenient to shopping. Bed making only twice a week while towels & supplies refilled daily. Only instant coffee bags supplied Calling locals using the hotel phone cost e tra charges
