Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel

Experienced Bed bugs Vs mosquitoes in a room. Staff response was ok we changed rooms with no issue and they swept the room but they found no evidence of insects but the bites stopped after we changed room. They offered my kids some Disney themed stuff animals for the inconvenience . Other wise location is good if you plan To go to Disney rooms were ok but dates pool and gym were nice.

A beautiful well kept hotel that is within a 10 minute scenic walk to Disneyland. The only downside for me was the lack of a convenience style store to allow for the purchase of small food items as I found the restaurant's to be overly reliant on set menu's that were too large. The hotel would benefit by considering those who don't always want to spend big on 3 meals a day.

Stay was great! Kids love it and room was spacious, amenities well thought of - ie catering different sizes of bath robes and bedroom slippers , will be back again!

Disneyland Hotel Hong Kong – A Spectacular Experience The Disneyland Hotel Hong Kong is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in the last two years. Unlike many other hotels I’ve experienced, which often feel mediocre, this one stands out as exceptional for a very affordable price! Based on cleanliness, staff hospitality, amenities, and overall maintenance, I would rate it as excellent! The attention to detail is remarkable—the carpets and floors are spotless, the walls are well-kept, and even the common restrooms are immaculate. Unlike other hotels where carpets often smell unpleasant, here everything feels fresh and well-maintained. The pool water is sparkling clean, the towels are new and warm, the seats are tidy, and there is no fear of allergic reactions to dust. The top-notch amenities include signature toiletries, daily towel replacements, and thorough room cleaning. They refresh the bed, provide new robes and slippers, toothbrushes, coffee, teas, free distilled water, and more daily. They maintain bell service (w/c rarely exists in the US), deliver luggage to your room, and have courteous housekeepers. This level of service is something I seldom encounter in most hotels I've stayed in. Our family experience is outstanding, so I gladly give this hotel a five-star rating! Overall was good but unfortunately there was bed bugs or insects that bite my husband’s leg really badly, as well as my leg. His leg was really itchy and we had to buy a cream.

We had an amazing time here. We stayed for 4 nights and used it as a base for our time in Hong Kong. The staff were really nice and friendly. The hotel is Disney luxury at it's best. We did Tai Chi with Goofy and Donald on 2 days. We also met Mickey in the lobby. There was also an amazing pianist, Beah, who we had the pleasure to hear on a few occasions. The hotel has a free shuttle bus service to the park and station, but they are walking distance and after the first day we chose to walk because it was a nice walk. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.
