Stayed here for one night on a layover in Hong Kong, but we've already decided we'd like to come back to HK and would likely stay here again. Spacious rooms, great facilities, centrally located, fantastic common area. Definitely a gem.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always prepared to help. They couldn’t be faulted. The air conditioning was very effective and the room spacious. The general lounge /social areas and outdoor terrace were particularly inviting with a variety of comfortable furniture and a large table at which to work or play some of the board games provided. The area became a welcoming social hub where numerous guests would sit and talk.

Generally really good however the room was dark all the chairs were very uncomfortable and the lifts were very slow. As i was on the 3rd floor I often used the stairs but obviously no one. is supposed to use the stairs as there were filthy and had lots of debris in the way. This was a concern as i assume the stairs are also the fire exit and a lot of people died this week in Hong Kong in a terrible fire in a series of tower blocks

Clean, comfortable, good location... Perfect for access to restaurants and walkable to the Sheun Wan station for connections to Macau. However , a few things need sorting out.

Amazing location and rooms well appointed with everything you need to be comfortable. Loved the filtered water station on each floor. Beds are a little firm.

This was my second time staying at The Figo and both times it has been fantastic. The staff are all very friendly and were considerate of the fact we were travelling in a group, so put us in rooms all on the same level. The free happy hour of an evening is a great perk and the common area offers a nice place to relax.
