The hotel is conveniently located in Tsim Sha Tsui, a popular shopping destination in Hong Kong. The corner room is exceptionally spacious.
I must highlight the exceptional service provided by the staff at the concierge department. They went above and beyond our expectations, offering us helpful tips and directions. They shared ideas about places to visit within our schedule and nearby restaurants where we could taste local cuisine. They also assisted us in booking Uber drivers to various destinations. Their service and assistance made our experience truly memorable.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hong Kong for the first time for pleasure.

Prime location for access to a shopping mall and subway station literally an elevator ride down from the hotel. Also within walking distance of the waterfront area. Bars and restaurants are all super close by.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to Metro and shopping area. The shopping mall K11 is part of the hotel block. There are many restaurants nearby, depending upon your taste. The hotel also offers very nice venues for dining. Guests get 40% discount. We'd come back to stay here next time we come to Hong Kong.

Location is excellent! K11 mall directly below hotel and also MTR station. Lots of eateries around. Harbour is just 5 mins walk away. Only thing I didn’t get a good harbour view from room. Service from concierge is excellent. Only thing properly need to change is the hair dryer. Still using the big and heavy VS hairdryer. Prefer lighter and smaller easy to use. Sound proofing is good as I am a light sleeper. Pillow can be better as it’s a little too soft. I will be back to stay in this hotel when visit HK again.
