Las Vegas Guest House - Carlton Group of Hostels

The service very bad, all the guy in receptionist was very impolite, very bad service I had seen. Oh my god.

Not really ni hotel, bad service..excellent check out ribet.

The location is good because it is adjacent to the MTR station, for the rooms are very narrow.

I am very disappointed with this very severe guest house in the service, in this guest house who keeps the person creepy and unethical, I book a room for 5 nights for the month of October I had a message with the promo price since 6 months earlier and that I experienced very- it was terrible when I got to this guest house they said that my hotel order was unconfirmed and I was neglected from 3 pm till 10 pm even they did not care that i bring my toddler, really a very horrible hotel do not you ever order hotel this, my room they did not give because i paid the promo price 6 months earlier while when i got there hongkong was banyaj tourist visit and hotel room soaring high price per room, luckily very professional Traveloka replace me with new hotel voucher, really experience which is very unpleasant when being in hongkong by ordering room at g uest house, i will no longer book a room at any guest house in chunking mansion because the room is very unfit and the service is very creepy.

The room was small, but cozy and enough (it had a water heater, which was nice). Weirdly, there was a hair dryer, but I see no way to plug it to the socket as the cord didn't reach the socket. There wasn't ample room to move around but price I paid is cheap so that might be worth it anyway!

We stayed here for 3 nights, for a very cheap price because of promo. Cleanliness: The room was maintained clean for the whole duration of our stay. The lobby and the front desk are clean. Comfort: It was not that great but it wasn't also bad. The fan and aircon are a little bit noisy. The aircon wasn't functioning well, but if you'll just stay at the guesthouse during night, it's just a minor issue. Service: The name of the guest house I booked was different with the one we stayed. Though it's the same management. However, they should inform us in advance about the changes. It took as an hour before we can checked in. Be reminded that there's no available receptionist 24/7. So be patient in waiting outside. Meal: not tried. Location: It is located in Kowloon area. Though it's in a crowded area, the location for me is great. it is near MTR, bus stops to and from airport. It is also near shopping malls and night markets. By the way we got it around 2, 300/3 nights. So overall, we're satisfied with our stay here.

Cheap price, clean and comfortable. the room size is pretty small but it doesn't matter since we go out all day. The room was cleaned everyday. Thank you !

The room is great. Only, that you have no choice about air-con temperature.
