Positive:- Pleasant staff & very friendly.- check in is actually open 24 hours (came at 01:00)- Clean bathroom, but one door have no lock.- Very cheap!- If there is problem with booking they are very fast & adaptive to your situation. So there's no problem with overbooking.- Public transportation in Hong Kong is very good so this is a very strategic location.- Airport bus stop distance is 5 minutes walking (A21 bus at Haiphong Road)- Bed is okay. Room is nice & cool, but sometimes humid.- Easy check out. 5 minutes & you are out. Negative:- Extra 15% cleaning charge, but bed is not cleaned. So just think it is an extra tax.- Hard to communicate overseas but check in is open 24 hours so no worries.- Might be confusing to navigate at first, but there are different sides of building with 2 elevator pairs. Try to find signs of 10F on the wall for check-in.- In peak hour getting ride on elevator is difficult.- Not recommended if you are a solo female traveler. Neighborhood is not really suited for it.- No dining area.- Not all bathroom is equipped with Hot Water.- A lot of fake positive reviews in here, but I would say it is 5 - 6 out of 10 (good if you spend most of your time outside) Conclusion. Good place if you can sleep anywhere as long as there is roof. Bad place if you need comfortable & extra clean room with complete facilities.

The first room you get The bathroom was full, with the previous person's excrement stuck in it and unable to be flushed down. The air conditioner is very loud and seems to be broken. Request to change to a new room The new room ceiling is open. Our blanket didn't smell musty at all, like it hadn't been dried before being used. There is a refrigerator but cannot be used. The advantage is that it is in the middle of the city, easy to travel, has 24-hour check-out, and strong water flow.

We were charged + a cleaning fee for both rooms, one room was 50 coins, the other room was 60 coins. All rooms were collected upon check-in, depending on the room price. Crowded, cramped throughout the corridor. And the wait time to go up and down the elevator is very long. In the bathroom, there were no towels, no tissues, and the toilet had problems. But we got through it because we were frugal and just used it to sleep.

Initial experience is horrible. The first 2 hours I've already documented and gathered as much photos and videos as I could because in my head, I'm going to give a bad review. The guys at the front desk does not make you feel welcomed, there's a $HKD210 fee to "maintain" the hostel such as cleaning, toiletries, towel, free water and coffee which is fine, plus another $HKD100 for the keycard deposit. Upon getting inside the room assigned to me, I already checked the bed, the bathroom, as a female solo traveler safety is important to me so I make sure to check the entire room. Found out the AC is not working, underneath the bed is not only dusty and looks like it hasn't been mopped for months. It also has stuff underneath. I approached the front desk located at the 10th floor, I'm located at 17th floor. The guy didn't come to check until my second follow up when I expressed that I'm really tired and sleepy. I came straight from work before the flight all hours and travel in I've been up for 24 hours, so I was really tired. That's the first 2 hours experience, just imagine. He came to check and tested, it's really not working so they transferred me to another building and upgraded me to a family room because I think they are full and no other double room available. This is when my experience started to get better, not only because the room is bigger, this room is way cleaner than the prior room, the AC is cold, it's located on the 17th floor (I requested a higher floor) it's quiet, I don't hear the noises from the vehicles (this is located in TST/iSquare) so super busy road. I love my independence, I like that they don't bother me throughout my stay, the cleaner would give me new trash bags (I throw my own garbage near the exit) I'm not a difficult guest, I just want what I paid for, and cheap does not have to always mean low quality of service. That was definitely the right move for them as a company/business in the hospitality industry. The men should be more accommodating instead of intimidating. Cleaners should ensure the rooms are properly cleaned and maintained even if it's budget friendly.*PS: Attached photos are from the original room I was assigned to (double room), I only have videos of the family room they switched me to which is way cleaner and better, however there's no way to attach or include videos here. Just really be communicative of your needs as guests. In the end, I was a satisfied customer overall and would definitely still recommend for especially for budget travelers.

I made a reservation but when I got there the rooms were sold out and had to be moved to another place, so I was asked for a service fee of 120 dollars. There weren't even any room towels. Super thin blanket, very small toilet faucet.
