Convenient for the surrounding areas with shopping.

Overall a great place, good location - I’d stay here again. Could do with a pool but that can’t be changed now. A little expensive compared to others.

Nathan hotel was easy to get to as A21 airport express bus stops right in front. Many good eateries in the area. Being on Nathan Road also means we could hop on many buses to get to areas on this long road. Like TST, Mongkok and Yau Ma Tei. Saved lots of walking. It is also only 5 min cab to HK West Kowloon train station. Cabs are always waiting outside the hotel or the concierge always on hand to hail one for you. The Smart rooms were really big for HK standard. Could easily open 4 large luggage! Was a superb stay!

Good and convenient location near Jordan MTR with walking distance to Tsim Sha Tsui and Mongkok shopping districts. Staff were nice. A special shout out to the bellboy that brought my bags down on checkout, he was very courteous and helpful (called for taxi and took bags out).

Staff were really helpful and polite. The location was fantastic, great point to connect you to different points of attraction. We enjoyed having the option of walking around to the explore nearby places or using public transport. All were super convenient.

Hotel was clean and tidy, bed and sheets are comfy and clean. There is a nearby MTR and night market about 5 minutes walk, I highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful 7 days stay experience at Nathan Hotel, starting with a complimentary upgrade to a spacious room (suitable for up to 3 guests)—a rare luxury for Hong Kong. The room was clean and included a bathtub, though the bathroom design lacked practical features like sufficient hooks or towel bars, making it slightly inconvenient for multiple guests. After raising our concerns, the staff (Tony) responded promptly and arranged a new room by 3 PM. They even showed us the room beforehand to ensure we were comfortable. While the new room was smaller and lacked a bathtub, it was more functional, with ample hooks and towel bars. One thing to note is that the raised shower area might be challenging for guests with mobility issues. The hotel’s location is a major plus, just a 5–10-minute walk to Jordan Station, making it convenient to explore the city. We also appreciated the direct connection from the airport—taking bus A21, which stops just a 1–2-minute walk from the hotel. Since our flight was around midnight, the hotel kindly allowed us a late checkout at 2 PM. Overall, the attentive service, convenient location, and thoughtful accommodations made our stay enjoyable. Nathan Hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction truly stood out, and I would recommend it to travelers visiting Hong Kong. The staff displayed a high level of professionalism, friendliness, and attentiveness set the tone for my visit.

Nice hotel with good location. Convenient to travel around

Excellent location in Kowloon. It is walkable to lots of shopping and food options. Staff are helpful. Breakfast was included with my stay, but that was not a highlight.

I will choose to stay at Nathan Hotel again next time to visit Hong Kong.

Perfect location and a simple, basic and good hotel. Nothing fancy, but was well priced for what we got. Bali Bar was a nice touch.
