For a Dog staycation (or any vacation) the Arca is terrific. Location is excellent - right on the doorstep to the MTR (tube) and lovely quiet walks around the hotel. When I say the hotel and area are dog friendly - that’s an understatement. The whole area is dog friendly which is great! In-room dining was good also, quality and big portions. Swimming pool wasn’t open yet so will try that out when I return (already booked again!). Thank you so much Arca!

The room is very clean and nice layout for you to put two luggage at different area so you have room to open it and take out your clothes. Friendly staff and you need a room card to get in if you go back to the hotel after 12 am.
Very quiet and comfortable bed. Highly recommended.

The location is not as great. You need to walk around 7mins -10 mins to the MTR station and nothing around the hotel for convenience store. The closer one is from the MTR station. If you need drinks, make sure you buy it from the MTR station 7-11 before walking back to the hotel. Walkable distance to Aberdeen for restaurant there.
Other than that everything is great there. Friendly staff, clean room, good facility, great view (sea view), quiet. Nice pool view.
I would definitely stay there again if I ever go to HK again.

Excellent, well-maintained facility and well-trained staff. The cleaning staff especially is courteous, efficient and effective. I only wish it had a business centre for basic office needs, or some vending machines for simple snacks and drinks.

While located in an industrial area, the Arca by itself is a welcoming hotel that I would definitely consider booking it again when re-visiting Hong Kong. In addition to its remarkable cleanliness and staff services, I like this hotel being so closely linked to Aberdeen (a residential area with many affordable traditional eating places prividing a variety of yummy Chinese/Hong kong food) by minibuses, and almost everywhere in the city by the efficient mass transit railway system.

Stayed at this hotel twice during this trip for a total of 10 days. Really love rhis hotel. I had the sea view room, overseeing Aberdeen Marina Club., beautiful view.
Staff are very helpful and friendly. From reception to room service and to staff at the front door. The service level was way better than a 5 star hotel that I recently stayed in Vegas.

The hotel is new, well designed and clean. The room size is considerably big though there are not local supermarkets like Welcome or Park N'Shop around or not many restaurants closeby.
A good stroll along the river to Aberdeen Harbour during sunrise or sunset.

There is a big mall called Southside with a MTR subway stop 5 mins walk from the hotel. Lots of dining options there including McDonald’s. There is also an airport bus A10 at Ocean court which is about 8-10 mins walk from the hotel. The advantage of the airport bus is that you don’t have to change trains several times. The rooftop pool has a great view and decent size.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Arca, the room was a good size and nicely set up with a wonderful view.
Level 3 has a casual eatery and there is a rooftop pool.
There was loud constant building noise, not sure if it was aircon or what but a constant hum which you couldn’t make it stop which meant it wasn’t great for lighter sleepers.
Close walk to MTR and small shopping centre but not really the best for eateries.
