Hmmm the place is far but you can use the bus to travel around Hong Kong. Breakfast is very meh. Room is good tho for its price.

The hygienic condition is not so good. Many mainlanders. Only two mini buses can get to there apart from taxi. The breakfast is poor. But the price is okay if one doesn’t get to there by taxi.

Place was unclean - floor, toilet, beddings. And overall just very poorly maintained. Do not recommend it even if its very cheap.

It is ridiculous n crazy which request client explain why they have to stay in hotel when check in! The front desk man is very rude to keep Pushing answer! Seems like criminal been asking question! If any questionnaire must answer to get approval check in by the hotel! It must be voice out during booking!

It’s ok at this price

Felt the room is not clean, towels are old with stain. Price is cheap, you do not have expect too much

No power point in the room, it was odd. I will not recommend to my friends.

The room is so dirty

Door lock was having problem when I check in, switch to another room but still out of order, finally door was open by the assistant manager

This hotel is absolutely horrible I would actually like a refund on this stay as the pictures are fake the description is inaccurate and it’s an overall slum. It was so bad that we left after the first night as the hotel was so disgusting. You have to pay for the pool usage. The breakfast consisted of two dishes even though the menu has 8 plus items. The service was horrible, I spoke to the manager she blew me off and acted as if this was just normal everyday routine in this “hotel”. I will never recommend this place to my worst enemy. Hotels.com needs to remove this hotel as one of their options in Hong Kong.

My plan arrived at 02:30am in the morning, so I need a place to stay for several hours. This hotel is good for me.

I think they should clean AC and comforter each guest use. Or re place new one .

Hotel is ok. Had its heydays. Wifi in room and lobby was great. Wifi in restaurant did not work. Free breakfast (noodle, rice porridge, and rice buns) was mediocre. Saw the egg sandwich-might have been better.

Reasonable for what you pay It was convenient and building beside the hotel had fast food restaurant options for mid afternoon when the hotel restaurant is not open yet also a seven eleven store and a bank

The view from our 28th floor floor-to-ceiling windows was one of the few redeeming qualities, along with easy access to transportation, shopping, and dining. The hotel is not well kept up, and the outdoor pool is out of service during the Chinese New Year holiday. Our room was tiny, with just enough room to walk around the two twin beds. The room wasn't very clean, and they don't provide bottled water. The coffee cups in my room were dirty when we arrived, and they were neither cleaned nor changed during our four-night stay. The free breakfast is limited to two options: breakfast sandwich, or a Chinese breakfast with noodles, porridge, and mantou. When I ordered hot chocolate for my daughter instead of the coffee or tea options included, I was charged HKD27, and when it still had not come when we finished eating, and I went to ask for a refund, the hostess yelled at me. Next time we will definitely plan ahead and make reservations far enough in advance to get a good price at a better hotel.
