Per property policy, guests traveling with children under 5 years old and unaccompanied minors under 15 years old must present a notarized permission letter from a parent or guardian. This property requires that guests have proof that they have stayed within Hong Kong for 21 days prior to check-in. Customers may be requested by the property to provide documentation of recent travel history (such as showing passport immigration stamps) and/or complete a health declaration.
