Great room, sound proofed, and staff were nice. Most places were walkable, however, there were not much options for vegetarians for breakfast but waffle machine was good.

I was very satisfied with my overall experience here and will be coming back!

Pretty much what you'd expect from thr chain. Clean, good service, lovely breakfast, bar reasonably priced especially at happy hour, well two hours really half price on local wines and beer. Excellent locations for sightseeing. Plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance. As was the opera house, Szent Istvan Basilika and the Pariament building.

Front desk is staffed 24/7, which is nice. It also directly downtown, with plenty of places either in walkable range or via public transportation. If you're vacationing in Budapest, get the Budapest Card/transit pass. The public transit system can be intimidating to learn, but it is reliable and helps a lot (just don't become complacent on them).

Hampton hotel was very clean and staff very helpful and polite. Good choice for breakfast. Location close to transport and lots of eateries.

Fantastic location.

The hotel is modern with attractive interior decor. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our son used the small but well-equipped gym which is free to use, accessed using your room key card. Fresh, clean gym towels are available if required along with cups a chilled water dispenser. We had two double rooms with inter-connecting doors which are lockable from each side. The beds are larger than a UK king size and very comfortable. The rooms were spotlessly clean. Despite the rooms being a good size, the only drawback is the lack of clothes hanging and storage space. Several coat hangers were provided behind a canvas storage hanging caddy. The rooms were equipped with an iron and ironing board, hair drier, kettle, a couple of tea bags and coffee pouches plus some milk. The shower has shower gel, conditioner and shampoo dispensers but the shower gel was very watery. There was plenty of choice at breakfast but not fried eggs, bacon or hash browns. There were scrambled eggs and some form of potatoes very day. Sometimes there were baked beans and mushrooms, other days noodles and other types of beans. Plenty for vegetarians. Breads, croissants, cheese & cold meats available for non-veggies. Not the usual English breakfast but we were very happy with the options available.

- Arrived and received a very nice welcome from Martin at the reception. He was very helpful to provide us the details on how to go to places that we would like to go. He also gave us a discount card to try the lagos near the hotel. Excellent service, Martin! - Excellent breakfast buffet. - Room is comfortable & bathroom is nice.
