We loved stayed here! The hotel was very nice. They staff was polite, helpful and accommodating. It was clean. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. There is a water kettle in the room which was super handy for making coffee, teas and ramen on later travel days. The little spa was lovely. There was a bus stop near by for our excursions. There is a nice restaurant to dine and a coffee shop for breakfast and treats! Highly recommend!

very nice stay… excellent breakfast buffet. close to restaurants and ports. the staff was helpful to answer any questions and provided assistance with every need . the spa was magnificent too. would definitely come again

The staff were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately there is a lot of construction going on in downtown Reykjavik but the hotel staff changed our room to allow for a better view of the harbor. The room was simple but spacious and clean. Good location.

It was just okay...it hasn't bad, but it wasnt 5-star. They did have lockers for your luggage prior to the room being reqdy which was nice. The room was decent, no frills. The best part was the water gets HOT! I requested a king-size bed. They just push two twin beds together, but you can feel the seam between the two beds and the bed wasn't that comfortable. The hotel was in a decent location in proximity to certain sites and tourist attractions.

Enjoyed the stay. Very nice and helpful staff. We had a smell in the bathroom only to realize it was the rubber mat for the shower. We put it outside to air out, it seemed to help. The room needed more lighting. We would not want to stay during the winter season.
