It was clean and had complimentary water tea and coffee and toiletries! They also allowed us to check in early. Everyone was very kind and we felt safe. Definitely recommend!

A clean and comfortable budget hotel similar to Travelodge in the UK. Nice touch with the common area and teas, coffees etc. it’s not the nicest area of Delhi but it is off the main road and not down a dark alley. Would recommend Bloomrooms again.

Found the service a bit lacking here. Staff seemed disinterested and it took forever to get check in done, with them seemingly wanting to do everything but check us in. The rooms were fine with a decent shower and comfy bed. Some road noise from the rooms that face out onto the street (ask for courtyard if you don't want this). Breakfast was good. The 'cafe' was nothing exciting though. It's not really a thing and it's advertised within the property. I thinkt hey will do you food but they don't seem keen on advertising that.
Close to New Delhi train station and metro, but you have to cross and walk down a quite busy and confronting street so it's not for the faint hearted. That being said, the location was really central and ideal for us.

This is a very clean property. However, the street is full of hotels. Most of these are not very good. Food is good. restaurant is clean. Overall, it is a good place to stay. Rooms are nicely ventilated. However, rooms are small.

Straight up: This hotel itself, once you walk through the doors, in regards to the food and the staff, is very nice. Stylish, comfortable, fast consistent WiFi. This is entirely incongruous with the area around it, which can only be described as grotty and unappealing on many fronts. If you _need_ to stay in Paharganj, near New Delhi railway station, it is a very solid option. If you prefer more appealing surroundings near your hotel, this might not be your best option.

Arrived at Bloomrooms after midnight and they claimed they had not received any booking from Expedia despite my showing a booking confirmation and receipt. Apparently this is an ongoing issue with Bloomrooms and they often turn away traveller due to overbooking.
Front desk staff refused to help find an altermative accommodation stating that 'its not our problem' opting to sit watchi g videos on their phones while i searched for other hotels in the middle of the night.

The hotel staff were pretty nice and polite. I found the foyer to be kind of small and the Bloom Cafe had a very limited menu that wasn’t very appealing to me. I sat down and barely any of the tables had been cleaned even though there were no customers there anymore. My room was quite clean, but there was no table for me to eat or do work. Also, you can hear people outside the room and next door. The location of the hotel isn’t great because you can hear so much street noise. This place is great if you are not spending much time at the hotel though. My room was quite clean and the Bloom chat is really helpful! This place is very close walking distance to the New Delhi Train Station, but I didn’t feel very safe outside of the hotel.

I have used Bloomrooms several times. Very convenient for New Delhi station. Rooms are clean and comfortable, if a little small. The facilities are good, with free tea and coffee available, and a good breakfast for an extra payment, but worth it the one day I chose to take it. Check in is a bit fiddly with it mostly being done via mobile phones but it would not put me off using the place again. Bearing in mind its location it is a good option and whilst the area is a little noisy any hotel nearby would have the same issues.

Set in a beautiful art deco building which has been restored to a high standard, this hotel is pretty much faultless for the money. Well thought-out rooms and the colour scheme and clean lines and colours makes it feel like Miami! Only complaint is that check in requires a mobile or email OTP for everyone staying in the room which is both unnecessary and a pain for international visitors. Also when the hotel server goes down it prolongs this irritating step.

Rooms need actual windows, besides that, really good.
Staff is very knowledgable and helpful.
The place is in a very busy Indian bazaar area. Walk around confidently and be prepared to tell pedlers and beggars off, or they wont leave you alone.
