We stayed for 3 nights at the hotel. The room was neat and good with all the amenities one would associate with an international class hotel. Breakfast spread was excellent, catering to Indian and western palates. Staff were courteous and professional and genuinely tried to assist. Overall, an excellent stay. Highly recommended.

Excellent property and staff, greeting guests in Tamil. Specifically Sabitha, Raja and Mr. Gopal. Awesome pool. Great amenities. Non skid mat and grab bar are nice touches in the bathroom. Overall a nice experience. Jasmine flowers and welcome drink were nice surprises

the location is good but not ITC standard. Food quality needs drastic improvements. Resturant hygiene bad ..THERE WAS A FLY IN THE RASAM SERVED ! they tried justifying it that it was waiter fault !

The hand wash was mounted near the shower panel and shower gel was mounted on the washbasin in the bathroom. Ideally it should be other way round.

Curteous, well mannered and eager to assist is how I would describe the staff. The property is nice re done in 2015 (as per the information shared with me), however the maintenance of the room (where we stayed) was a bit disappointing. The led tube light was not functioning, the drainage of the tub was blocked. However this should not negate the overall stay which was nice and pleasant.
The breakfast spread was nice and so was the service, The wifi was excellent

Needs to give more attention to Guest requests and comforts especially Front office. What is the point in giving the room adjoining the Elevator which is undergoing complete overhaul when the guest has requested for a quieter room. However F&B services were better and barman RENGARAJAN stands out for extremely courteous and prompt service.

We had a comfortable stay. Hotel was clean and well equipped. Staff at front desk and restaurant (buffet) were friendly and helpful, especially the two elderly staff at the restaurant. The breakfast menu was tasty and had good variety.

I liked the staff who were friendly and helpful. The staff in the dining room were very good. The chef was excellent. There was a strong smell of nicotine and cigarettes in the bedroom. This was not good.
