The hotel rooms needs updating. The food, staff and service is excellent.

Bathroom had mould on the walls and sink area. Charged to be seated at the lobby. No other 5 star hotel does that. Room was very average.

My favorite place to stay

Lovely stay, pool was great, room and bed were comfortable. Best bed we've had in India so far. Had an amazing dinner at their new outdoor dining!

Very pathetic service. Nothing in min bar. No ironing stuffs available. Toiletries are not filled. Linens are very bad. Suggest do not recommend this hotel to my one. Not even worth for 3 star. Thank you

Nice Experience

Welcoming staff, especially shift manager Akhil was very courteous and accommodating. Dining options were very good, rooms comfortable, and all amenities were available. Great choice.

After a long flight, I paid 1/2 a full day rate for an early check in and got disturbed by the team 3 times! Each time there was no reason to disturb me but simply the management team were looking after their own interests instead of focussing on a paying customer! There was no explanation offered for why I had been awoken 3 times! I complained but got nowhere. Checkout was at 12.00 and at 11.30 I started getting knocks on the door again asking when I would be leaving! Again this was time I had paid for and wanted to relax until checkout - it didn’t happen! My plan was to stay for 5 nights but I changed my plans after the first night after my experience and moved to the Taj for 5 nights.

Yes. The staff was exceptional. Every person greeted so well, just felt like at home. The dining was phonemnal, my parents were wowed with the options they had for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thanks for each and every person for making our staying a pleasant one.

The rooms need update and proper maintenance as the property is aging. The lobby look and gardens look great. However the rooms need proper repair and cleaning.

The bedroom decor and finish is a little dated. My room did not have a safe, nor an iron & ironing board.

Clean Room and professional Staff . Breakfast spread could have been better ..Overall Decent Hotel .

The bar struggled to produce an invoice after payment. It took 30mins to remedy and still get charged the service charge. The breakfast restaurant is very small, so when busy, don’t expect a table.
