The wardrobe was broken and couldn't be opened. The AC wasn't cold. The bed in one bedroom wasn't comfortable.

Saya sudah kordinasi booking ke no admin dari rabu, cek in sabtu, jam 1 sudah info bahwa sudah di lokasi. Tidak di balas sampai saya telp jam 3. Disitu masih ada pertanyaan, "mana voucher pemesanan?". Apa belum dikordinasikan dengan staff kamar? Begitu masuk, kamar masih kotor, dan ada masalah keran, sehingga harus menunggu maintenance untuk membereskan keran. Masa saya sebagai penyewa harian harus ngurusin benerin keran apartemen? Kelihatan sekali kamarnya baru dibersihkan. Padahal sudah kordinasi dari rabu. Handuk masih basah. Lantai ga terlalu bersih. Kaki tanpa sendal sampai hitam. Dan masih banyak lagi kalau mau diceritakan. Tapi diluar semua keburukan kamar, yang paling tidak menyenangkan adalah staffnya. Sangat tidak profesional. Intinya saya kapok sewa apartemen via traveloka. Apalagi dengan operator sang living.

unit apartemen yang tidak sesuai dengan harga sewa, mau ambil kunci saja di hari pertama harus nunggu hampir 3 jam, padahal dibilang check in jam 14.00 tV tdk menyala, wastafel mampet parah! tempat tidur gak bagus, kamar mandi kotor, mesin cuci tdk bs dipakai hny sebagai pajangan, AC di kamar panas, wifi hari pertama gak nyala, dll buat tdk nyaman... saya stay 3 malam and not good experience, sang living tlg diperhatikan unit2 yg akan disewakan

2 bedrooms. The TV room and kitchen are one and quite spacious, the dining table can accommodate 6 people, there is a refrigerator, microwave, dispenser and washing machine. There are 4 ACs and all are cold, and there is digital TV and WIFI. I don't mind my wife's nagging, the sheets and pillowcases look like they haven't been washed by the previous guest, the bedroom cupboard can't be opened, and the room lighting is a bit dim, especially in the bathroom. Conclusion, everything is good, just need to pay attention to changing the sheets and pillowcases after each guest stays.

Saya nginap di sini cukup puas atas layanan dan pasilitasnya. Anak anak-anak saya bisa berenang. Jogging dan menikmati cafe yang ada di sini serta bisa masak sendiri belanja si supermaketnya. Good luck.

Sofa, seprei terasa kurang bersih berpasir dan dekil. Hordeng rusak di kamar utama. Handuk cuma 2 padahal di video bilangnya 4. Lantai sangat berdebu. Kamar ke dua ga ada selimut. Tidak ada sabun&sampo& odol. Tolong di perhatikan lagi.

Tempatnya sih ok, tp fasilitasnya sangat kurang ok. 1. Cek in nya harus telepon orang nya yang ada di bio, saya fikir bisa langsung cek in di receptionist seperti dihotel lainnya ternyata tidak bisa, dan saya harus menunggu lama banget banget orang nya dateng. 2. Tidak ada peralatan mandi seperti sabun, sampo, sikat gigi, odol dan lain-lain (untungnya bawa sendiri sih) 3. Parkiran mobil mahal banget karena 24jam x 5000 👎🏻 parah banget. Seharusnya sudah difasilitasi parkir gratis seperti hotel-hotel lainnya. Kapok sih nginep di sini, padahal kamarnya bagus dan nyaman. Tp karena fasilitasnya buruk sekali, saya putuskan untuk tidak menginap disitu lagi.

The place is very clean and comfortable. The lavenue apartment here is a luxurious and classy apartment, the apartment facilities are very complete. With this price it is very worth it for a staycation with friends. check-in check-out is also easy, great, next time, stay again here.
