Clean and spacious room, TV works well, cold AC, clean bathroom, complete toiletries but maybe forgot to fill up a little soap, soundproof, location is in the middle of the city center but the room is nice, quiet and not crowded, access to various places is very close, just cross the station, close to the food court and places to eat so you don't have to bother looking for food, because the room was full so I was upgraded to a deluxe room at no additional cost, the service is friendly and polite, really satisfied staying here, it's not a loss, the wifi is smooth and you also get breakfast..thank you Morse Hotel 👌👌👌

especially really like the clean and fragrant toilet.. following the towels, blankets, sheets and pillows are also clean and fragrant.. the room floor and corridor are super shiny.. got a room on the second floor.. the atmosphere is calm.. the hotel is very close to Malang station and there are lots of places to eat around it.. enjoyed staying here.. will come back tomorrow..

The location of Morse Guest House is quite strategic near Malang train station, can be reached by walking about 5 minutes from the station, the service and staff are friendly, you can check in early for 100 thousand if the room is available, there are also many food vendors around it, there is a snack center with a variety of foods, in the morning there is also a chicken soto seller in front of Morse, and there is also a cafe. For those who want to do laundry, there is Gold laundry express on the back street of Morse which is recommended, free delivery too. Thank you to Morse Guest House and staff for their friendliness and service.

The hotel is strategic, very easy to reach from the station by foot and close to places to eat. Staying here is very comfortable and there are several common areas that can be used (sofa and dining table on the terrace and near the lobby). Overall cleanliness is okay although there are some spots that still need more attention (cobwebs in the corners are often missed). The breakfast is some quite tasty (soto) and some still need to be improved in taste (fried rice, fried chicken). Most of the staff are super helpful, friendly, and agile. Another thing that still needs to be considered is the additional fee policy for early check in because it is quite expensive per hour. Overall, I am satisfied staying here and the place is recommended for tourists who want to go to Malang.
