Stayed 3 nights on the 4th floor, room 443 business room, with husband + 2 children (11 and 7 years old), without breakfast. 1. Strategic location, near Malioboro & station, many food & daily necessities sellers. 2. Friendly staff, officers help carry things to the room & to the station. 3. The hotel is quite clean. 4. The elevator is a bit narrow. 5. Room beyond expectations 6. Mattress & pillow & blanket should be replaced because it is already trepes, hard mattress. 7. Fast wifi. 8. Room is cleaned every day. 9. There is a hot water kettle, every day get 2 mineral water along with coffee, tea, sugar. 10. Towels are changed every day, bathroom equipment is also complete. 11. The room is not too spacious, but enough for me, my husband & children because we brought 2 air mattresses.

very satisfied... because I got a free room upgrade to a deluxe premium like I was with a group of 4 buses.
Arrived with my wife and 2 children at 13.00 but couldn't check in right away, but at 13.25 on WA I was able to check in.
The room is very spacious because it's a deluxe premium, I can't imagine it being a business one.
The restaurant is very spacious, and cool with a smoking area in the front. The menu is very varied with a taste that is not like the taste of hotels in general. This exceeds expectations so far if breakfast at a hotel feels like that.
For a lobby with that many rooms, it's not very spacious but you can still use the smoking area in the restaurant.
The swimming pool is quite good, there is a part that is covered by the building so it doesn't get too much sunlight

The mattress is so hard that you can feel the springs. I deliberately stayed in a star hotel, wanting to sleep well, but my body aches. The hot water doesn't work. This is a 4-star hotel 😌
