Good, quite satisfying, friendly service, the restaurant is also quite good, located in a strategic location, not far, basically it's quite good for that price and good friendly facilities.

There are only two elevators, but one was broken. I had to wait a long time just to get on. I asked for a non-smoking room, but when I entered, the room smelled really bad. The bedsheets were also stained. I went to the rooftop restaurant to enjoy live music, but they said it was discontinued. I intentionally booked a larger room with a sofa for working, but there were mosquitoes instead. It was a real dilemma. The towels weren't white anymore, more gray from the age. The elevator said there was a cafe on the first floor, but when I got there, there was nothing. Luckily, the location is strategic and flanked by two toll exits, so it wasn't a hassle to open and close at one of the toll roads. Access is also easy. But frankly, I was a bit surprised by the reviews on maps; most of them said it was safe. Or maybe they were just unlucky.

Let's just explore Bogor, hehe. Friendly staff, great service. The room, bed, bathroom, TV, hot water, and toilet are all in good condition, clean, and tidy. Note: As per the photo and on the top floor, there's no key deposit. I got it for 350,000 Rupiah plus breakfast during my weekend. I thought the hotel would be quiet, but it turned out there were plenty of guests during breakfast time. Lots of shops, snack bars, and street food stalls. There's also a restaurant on the 7th floor that's busy during weekends. So you don't have to worry about going hungry, hehe. Thanks Agria, keep up the good work 👍

At a fairly affordable price, you'll get a fairly spacious room and a free breakfast with a wide variety of options. All in all, good.

The service is friendly, the place is comfortable and strategic

This is my first time complaining about the room, three times🫣. 1. There was still a lot of hair on the floor (very dirty) and the sheets were very dull. 2. There were no bath towels provided, and the soap was out of stock. 3. Two of the room lights were out, making the room uncomfortable, especially since we got a room at the very end. Other: - The elevator was very slow, so we had to use the emergency stairs to get out. - The water heater only turned on for a few seconds, then went cold. - The curtains were very dirty. - The chairs were full of shoe marks. - The TV channels were a bit bad. - The parking lot was really scary. - The Wi-Fi was slow. Note: Be careful when turning off the hallway lights; don't do it too early in the morning, as it will be dark and scary when you go out to eat. Thank you.

That night, around 9:30 PM, I ordered food and drinks, and the staff said it was the last order, even though it said 10:30 PM, even though we also work in hotels, we know that very well. At 5:00 AM, I checked out and saw the front desk staff relaxing on the lobby sofa with their feet on the sofa. The bathroom smelled of urine. Thanks.

The second time I stayed here, the towels and mats were not ready, soap and shampoo were not available. There was only one glass and it was made of plastic. Breakfast lacked variety, but the taste was quite good.

the hotel is really GK. the curtains are dirty and so black, dust everywhere, I asked for help to clean them but the staff didn't come. spread the BKN bed cover itchy and very dirty like there are maggots and the floor is all dusty. soap is not provided. last time I stayed here

friendly staff, easy check in and check out. clean room, AC and bathroom ok, breakfast menu ok. additional breakfast 60k/child. unfortunately in the room there is coffee and tea but no water heater.

1. It is unfortunate that the bathroom closet has a lot of stubborn black crust that cannot be removed. Luckily, I was still able to be picky and move to a room that was "somewhat" clean from the black crust. 2. The breakfast lacks variety and is not very appetizing, there is no cereal and no toaster. The fried tempeh is not fresh. 3. The staff and service are good.

Please tighten up the non-smoking rooms. There are still people smoking in the room, even penetrating our room, even though it is on the 2nd floor. The room lock is broken, so you can't enter the room (fix it). There is no water heater.

first order I didn't see the review, so when I read it I was shocked because I had already ordered... but it turned out not to be as bad as the review... hotel staff are friendly and responsive, cold AC, neat room, hot water, okay breakfast food just maybe need special attention for deep cleaning because the curtains are really dirty, small pillows too, then the bedcover from the front looks clean but when opened the inside there are stains .. the bathroom door was locked but the staff came very quickly. overall okay, service is also okay thank you

There is no TV and AC remote so it is difficult to control it. Overall it is okay.

First time staying at this hotel, got a window facing the factory, no activity, but that's okay. It's also nice and the crew is friendly. Check in and out is also not difficult.
