This was my first experience in Garut. I stayed here for one night and met very friendly and helpful staff. The taste of the food at breakfast really suits my taste, the cleanliness of the room is good, the facilities such as the swimming pool and Wi-Fi internet are good and usable. I will visit again when I go to Garut.

The first time I came here, I was given the best service starting from the security guard, the best plus friendly service from the receptionist, I was very satisfied, thank you from check-in to checkout🥺
The breakfast food is also delicious, usually when I go to big hotels it tastes bland but here the first impression is that it suits my tongue, in other guests' reviews it was the same, it turned out when I tried it myself, wow, it's really delicious.
The cleanliness of the area and the room is as clean as if it were at home, whatever the roomboy requests. The vibes are like being in Bali, I really like it 10/10, I will bring my family here again. The best ✨

Not my first time in Garut, but my first time staying at Aleyra. The service is great, the admin WA always replies, and the hotel staff are also friendly, very helpful. The breakfast is quite good, there are choices even though there are not many, and I like the friendly omelet maker. The hotel is comfortable, it feels like sleeping in your own room.

I ordered a family suite room. I got the one in front of the dim pool, I was very happy. It's not far if the kids want to swim.
There's a little work in the pool area, but it can still be used. I was offered to move rooms, but I didn't want to because the location of the room is very strategic. 3 steps to the swimming pool.

The smell of the perfume on the sheets is too strong so it is difficult to sleep, the price of staying at the hotel is too high for the condition of the hotel which is old, the location is on the side of the road but it is too crowded and there is nothing around the hotel. The hotel staff is friendly and the food is quite good.

hommiii really clean, the best, when I went up the stairs to the room, it was already very fragrant, there were lots of sofas to hang out and relax, the only downside was that the pool was cold water🤭 when the weather was pouring in Garut, the mattress was a bit hard.. what made it addictive was the food, even though it was a small hotel, it was quite varied.. the fruits and vegetables were very fresh, the black sticky rice and green bean porridge was really delicious, I wanted to take it again but I was embarrassed😁😁
